I’ve been working with Coach James for about 2 months now and so far I’m down 12 pounds. I feel stronger and healthier from being consistent with my meals and workouts. And I can finally say I feel confident in my own skin. After having 2 kids it’s been really hard for me to lose the weight. I’ve tried a few fad diets, but I would gain the weight back quickly after stopping them. With this program, you learn to change your lifestyle and everyday habits. Coach James and the team are with you every step of the way. The meals on my meal plan are really easy to make and so delicious. I’m currently lifting 3x a week and walking or cycling the other days. My workouts are about 30-40 mins and I can do everything in my basement which is great for me! Living a healthier lifestyle is so important to show my girls. My oldest is 3yrs old and asks to workout with me everyday. Showing them that taking care of your body is very important to me. I am so happy with CJC and really proud of myself for taking this step!

Coach James has been amazing to work with! He and this program have truly changed my way of thinking regarding fitness and nutrition. Obviously the workout programs and meal plans are the best of the best, but it’s also the care that James provides to all areas of changing towards a healthier lifestyle. He always makes sure to check in and ask questions to make sure us clients are having the optimal experience. I have been a member for over a year and this is the only training and meal plan that I have followed consistently.
James and the team have made changes to my plans when needed, for example, I was training for a half marathon and the plan was changed accordingly, to fit in with my running training. They have also changed how long my sessions are/were, when I had less time to train. The plan is to fit you, not how a lot of other plans are, to fit the masses. The App is really good with your programme on there with videos of exercises and logs your other activities and community support/chats.
This programme got me back into training consistently, so much so that I feel confident to continue on my own. Would I sign up again, definitely.

The weight training plans are changed monthly so you don't get bored with the workouts. The app has helpful videos and instructions, and is useful for tracking workouts.
The (vegan) mealplan didn't work for me as it had too many protein shakes and fake meat alternatives, though it did give me some recipes I use regularly in my cooking repertoire.
The support and encouragement received from the team is great. Highly recommend CJC.

After 2 years of travelling and not going to the gym I was feeling really unhappy with my body and how it looked.
I’d been following Coach James on Instagram for a while and felt this urge to join and get back on track.
Coach James was super friendly and welcoming, we discussed my goals in depth as he recommended the right programme for me.
I know fitness can be a bit pricey sometimes but this was definitely worth it! Not only did he provide me with good programmes, he has great mindfulness coaching, and really supportive check ins.
The work I put in was at times very inconsistent but I never felt judged or reprimanded, I just got more encouragement and support and still got great results that I’m so happy with.
The clothes I have now all fit me and some are now too big!!
Highly recommend the Coach James Club, you won’t regret it!!

CJC was something I wanted to do for a very long and finally took the plunge. Wish I would have sooner honestly! As I am getting closer to my mid 30s my metabolism is changing and I wasn’t keeping up with that. I have lost almost 10lbs in 3 months all while losing my job, fixing my house up to sell it and splitting time between 2 places with no real routine and being terrible at doing my workouts but still sticking closely to the nutrition program and keeping my calories in a deficit. I haven't really given up what I thought I’d have to for this but I know as I continue, I can do much more by getting workouts in. Dropping weight the healthy way without using drugs was super important to me and that’s why I love CJC. Whether it’s 5lbs or hundreds of pounds, James will customize a plan for you and be there for you to make changes when you need and support you along the way. I chose James because he and I share a lot of similar views when it comes to nutrition and our food system in America but I just needed help staying on track and accountability which he gave me. Would absolutely recommend this program to anyone wanting to lose weight, gain weight or just tone up. Anything is possible with James and your goals!!
