Friendly staff.

Misleading $50 welcome offer poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel the communication from this company is deceptive. I registered on the website after receiving multiple messages promising a $50 discount on my first purchase.
When I tried to check out with $494 worth of items plus a $40 assembly charge (bringing my total out-of-pocket spend to $534), the code refused to work. When I contacted customer service (Maria Malero), I was simply dismissed with a link to the terms and conditions stating the product total must hit exactly $499, completely ignoring the fact that my actual bill was well over that amount.
Hiding strict exclusions in the fine print while aggressively advertising a "welcome discount" feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The customer service lacked any flexibility or helpfulness to resolve a simple $5 difference for a new customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great service. Very easy and the furniture is well made. Bought on Sunday and delivered Tuesday. Very happy.

The weekday team at James Lane Helensvale are exceptional, knowledgeable and very professional.
I do feel the weekend team need a bit of training regarding the options we could have taken to purchase and have our lounge delivered earlier. We asked if there was a lay-by option on two seperate occasions and We were told no need for a deposit as it is a 3 day turn around from purchase to delivery.
A week later a weekday staff member asked if we’d like to make a 40% deposit to secure the lounge as it is very popular and we now have to wait for over 5weeks to receive it.

Delivery arrived as advised by the link, staff were friendly & efficient in their delivery.

I purchased a marble console table from James Lane Logan as they had them on display. The customer service there was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and informative. I collected the table the same day from the warehouse in Richlands and my order was ready within 30 minutes of purchase which was great. The staff there were also very helpful with loading the table into my car which I appreciated. The table is beautiful and I’m very impressed with the quality. I will definitely be purchasing more products from JL at Logan!

David at James Lane Caringbah was great and worked efficiently to get me exactly what I wanted and delivered when best suited me.

I recently purchased the Ludlow Lounge from James Lane Maroochydore and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The lounge itself is absolutely beautiful, the quality, comfort and style are exactly what I was looking for and it has completely transformed my living space. It feels luxurious, modern and incredibly comfortable, while still being practical for everyday living.
A special mention must go to David, who provided exceptional service throughout the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect lounge for my home. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, without any pressure, and his attention to detail and customer service were outstanding.
It’s refreshing to receive such a high level of service, and David is a real asset to the James Lane team. The two guys who delivered my lounge were also fantastic and went above & beyond to help me on the day. A big thanks to them also. I would highly recommend James Lane Maroochydore to anyone looking for beautiful furniture and a wonderful buying experience.

The staff at Penrith were helpful and knowledgeable about their products and I am very happy with my bed.

Firstly, the couch is stunning! So happy with the purchase. From sales to delivery, it has been a seamless and enjoyable journey. But huge shout out to the delivery guys, so damn grateful for them. They were friendly, efficient and super helpful. 10/10 would recommend 👏🏼

Cheap cheap cheap!
The couches purchased are such cheap quality after 2 weeks they were creating fabric balls of which needed constant shaving down. Their customer service team doesn’t assist and says it’s normal and that we shouldn’t be sitting in the same spot on the couch. Maybe to also wear no clothing as the fabric rubbing against the couch fabric will create pilling. They don’t have any info in their description prior to purchase. I will never support and buy them again.

I couldn’t find the g8 remote & the delivery guys patiently waited til i found it & they were both so good about it. They quickly & efficiently put the lounge suite together. From start yo finish they were amazing. Thank you David & Michael.
