I joined the JPU a few weeks ago having looked at many different options in terms of gaining more knowledge and education into the world of property along with mentor options. I currently manage 2 BTL's so have some experience in Property but just a snippet. I've managed to complete around a third of the learning prioritising this on an evening after my full time job and so far it's been worth every penny! There has already been a live Zoom session which was kept short, sweet and to the point on the content and really opened up on Q&A which is testament to the time James and Kush are giving this. Not only that, but you get access to many documents and analysers which are critical to your success. Finally, as I opted for the Master Course I've got access to a great community of support on Telegram and FB which is fantastic! Everyone bouncing off each other helping each other with their journeys. Again James and Kush are active on the group and give their advice and opinions!

I would 100% recommend this to anyone serious about getting into property!

Fantastically packed with honest information ! It’s refreshing to see someone like James open up with all his experiences being good or bad and also his mistakes that he leaned from his journey in property renovating and portfolio building. It’s not a course that you buy and you automatically become a property wizard but if you take on board the advice and learn the topics that are on the course you will have a great understanding on how to approach the property game or even if it’s what you actually want to do. I would highly recommend anybody thinking about starting their journey into property to invest in JPU. We started our business in 2023 as just a dream and JPU has made it a reality. We are currently in the midst of refurbing our first BTL using the BRR strategy and have followed James videos and tutorials every step of the way. I knew nothing about this industry previously and i will be forever grateful to James and his team for producing such fantastic easy to follow content. The software produced inside of the JPU - the budget trackers, deal analysers, stamp duty and capital gains spreadsheets would have cost thousands to produce and we can use these on every single project we take on time and time again with lifetime access to the portal. Thank you JPU we owe you everything!

JPU is my go to for all things property! Informative, bitesize and gets straight to the point of what I need to know. They also provide additional resources to keep you efficient and compliant. Would definitely recommend.

Great course. Identifies and clearly explains all the steps involved in multiple investment strategies. Delivers the information in a fun way and provides great templates! Particularly love the live lessons. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to start their property journey.

Where do I start:

9 months ago myself and my wife started a company called Albert Glyndwr Homes Ltd. We already had a business background but didn’t understand the property development / investment world.

After looking for a number of months for someone who could support and guide us with our new journey we came across James’ and the JPU. James’ socials were very eye catching and as we started to read and view more we could see it would be beneficial for our journey.

We can 100% confirm that without the JPU training and support we would not be in the position we are today. The fundamental aspects of starting in property plus much more were covered and it gave us everything we needed to start our journey.

7 properties in and a further 2 due to complete in the coming weeks all aided by the tremendous support, guidance and mentorship of James, Kush and the JPU. We are still learning new things daily, and James and Kush are always on hand to answer your questions.

I have enrolled this class so that I can learn about how the property system works in England however it is a lot more than I expected. Joined the JPU a few weeks back. The JPU has so much useful information and tips. You learn a lot right from the outset. Great way for beginners to know and understand the different invest strategies and put it into action.

The course content James delivers is truly exceptional. You will be blown away with how the amazing golden nuggets you will receive!
You do not have to have any property background experience whatsoever, James covers each module with great detail, which in turn allows each student to really get on to developing their dreams!!
He covers finance modules like tax, accountancy, which is such a relief. You have the opportunity to ask questions, which creates confidence that we are not on just a text book style training. I love that James is very practical and passionate about all things property and this really helps him stand out.
I highly recommend the course, it's worth every penny and more when you see that bank balance rise up as a result of the handy tips and tricks you learnt along the way :-D

I had been following James and his advice for a while and decided to take the plunge and join the JPU recently as the amount of advice offered is brilliant. I’m so glad I did. Looking at the templates and info I now have access to I am really excited to get things moving. I am currently converting a property so am very grateful for the info from like minded people on the socials. Looking forward to see Kush with her media advice this weekend.
