I have recently joined the property university.
I’m finding it very useful, particularly the section on how to set up your business to be tax, efficient and learning how to structure your business when you are first starting out.
The behind-the-scenes modules are useful, so you can see what’s involved when discussing your project with different tradesmen.
All in all definitely seems worth the money.

James Property University is an excellent starting point for learning about property investment. I bought the course to get enough knowledge to purchase my first investment property (hopefully this summer). Besides the course material, James also hosts live lessons where he shares valuable information and answers to all your questions. Last session was scheduled for 45min and he extended it to 2h in order to answer all the questions. All the information provided through JPU is relevant and easy to understand. Whether you're new to property investment or have some experience, the content is accessible and straightforward, making it suitable for everyone.

I joined almost a year ago and ive found the JPU to be very informative. Having had no knowledge, I now feel I am ready to start my first BRRR, there is so much content that is a great help from areas to look at to tax advice and cost breakdowns. Not only that but the live webinars he holds are something that isn’t very common in other course packs.

JPU has been great, I’ve learnt so much in such a little amount of time, James is extremely knowledgeable and communicative, looking forward to learning more!

I am completely new to the real estate in UK and to UK (almost 2 years) in general and I love the course 🤩

I didn’t know a lot from what I already learnt and it is still half to watch. I started in December 💫

I feel little but uncomfortable as I do not have any property and willing to find the business partner in the group, but it is not seem easy as a lot of the students in the group have properties. I ready to do anything to assist with the property issues just for experience - so wellcome🤗 for example social media😉

JPU is well organised and really easy to consume the content as well as being very informative. Putting what can seem like overwhelming options into simple paths to pick what suits you best.

Very useful resources including contracts, templates, and floorplans for en-suites and bathrooms (very useful for when I do my HMO floorplans).

I just started the course with James and the JPU team, and the value of the course and the information provided is totally worth the price! I have seen other courses, which are 10x more expensive and do not provide the same value. Plus, James is very responsive and willing to answer all the questions we have during our live sessions. Thanks JPU team!!!

I started the course nearly a year ago now and best decision I have made. My partner and I are first time buyers. He is a plasterer/ renderer so we have always wanted to do up a property, however, we didn’t know where to start!
I bought the course and have learnt so much so we now know what route is best for us and have fantastic tips and resources to help us even more.
The resources and templates are so useful and it all has saved us a lot of time and questions. It also it nice being in the JPU community as it feels like you have a lot of support and you’re not alone!
I also think James is very relatable and down to earth, which makes the course nicer to be a part of and the videos and live lessons more enjoyable. It’s also good as it’s all short and sweet- all to the point, not a load of waffle.
We’re currently at the stage at finding the right property. So, I’m very excited to put all this theory into practice now and updating the group on our journey :D.

The content is comprehensive yet easy to understand, making it perfect for beginners like myself.

James and his staff are knowledgeable and provide practical insights that I can immediately apply to my projects.

The course materials are well-organized, and the hands-on exercises really help my learning. I feel much more confident tackling renovation projects.

Highly recommend this course to anyone looking to venture into property renovation or just a general understanding of the finer detail to apply in either your work related projects or personal projects.

The way the videos are made is just amazing. Very easy to understand and kept short with just essential information. The live lessons with experts from different areas from the property business give us a chance to see from different perspectives such as Tax, Companies, Mortgages and so on, and these lessons provide us with information we can use while setting up the business. I am very close to buy my first property and can surly say I feel confident buying it with the information I gained through JPU!

After purchasing a number of courses before this, i was a bit unsure whether or not to take the plunge, needless to say it’s probably the best decision I've made so far. The content is everything James and Kush can deliver from their own personal journey and experiences which is why i was surprised to see someone else give a 1 star review because of the airbnb section. If they had taken notice of what was said they would realise that James and Kush’s venture into that strategy is relatively new so they cant give content on something they probably don't consider themselves masters of, despite that the tools needed are provided and all the calculators and analysis along with the live calls to update on new content.The personal touch in the group chat and the live calls goes a long way. I feel part of a community of people all striving for the same thing. Ive learned a lot so far and prevented myself from making a mistake with regards to mortgages already. The experts that James and Kush have included give a great insight into Tax efficiency and the correct way of setting your company up for maximum benefit. Yes theres a company called getground who you could use if you so wish but theres no obligation to, which is the same for all the experts on the course. They provide an insight and a good one at that. I for one will be annoying James and Kush with questions for some time to come knowing there response will be professional and friendly and answered in the best way they can. I only got in on the master level and wished i had been quicker to get the phd level but still great value. Will be recommending to anyone who asks me on the subject of property.

JPU was one of the best investments I think I could've made ahead of starting my property business. I've learned so much in such a short amount of time and feel so much more equipped to get into property. Highly recommend

I joined Janes property University a few weeks ago and from the offset found this course a breath of fresh air. Starting from James's background to where he is now in the property word therefore teaching his students exactly everything we need to know to get onto this exciting ladder. Can’t wait to go through the whole course and learn from his experience.

I joined JPU few months ago. I had no experience at all before that. It helped me a lot to get an idea how everything works, how to calculate everything, lots of important documents as well. The only thing I would like to have more information on is HMOs and a bit more in detail how to find a good area to invest.

Great university with useful, to the point information via short videos for a very reasonable price. Had been following James for a while on social media and really wanted to learn from James’s experiences. This university gives you everything you need to start and grow a property business! There is also a VAST quantity of documents you can keep to use for your business too!

The jpu property university is a great tool. I have been following James for some time and was hesitant to make the purchase. The insight is very much worth it. Especially if this is an avenue in which you are trying to pursue. The modules are great and very informative and it’s great to actually see how someone else has done it and become so successful from it. The actual JPU library is brilliant, filled with loads of documents that would cost a lot of money if you had to source yourself. I am just getting started on my property journey but the jpu is giving me confidence to really try and grow.
