JPU has opened my eyes to a whole new world, and a chance at a better life for me and my 3 young children. James is so Knowledgeable, down to earth and explains everything with precision and accuracy without patronising for those just starting out in property. I had booked courses with other providers, but went with JPU because of James’s humble personality that is portrayed online and he is the classic example of a normal bloke that’s made it for himself through graft and hard work, which I found very inspirational. The JPU is so comprehensive that it has given me the perfect start in my property journey. Thanks again James- and I’d nightly recommend the JPU to anyone.

I recently purchased the JPU course and I have found it quite useful so far.
Few of the information I have already knew, as I owned a property, however, there's plenty I was not fully aware.
I love all the resources and templates they have and the only thing I will change is the length of the the modules. Some of them are just to short (under 5 min), so I will group them and aim to have modules of 30 min or so.

Great value for the money! Definitely worth going forward with James and his team, he is delivering lots of content in a short and to the point manner. Loads of useful documents and what's most important, he is doing this himself so everything is tested and proven that works!
Have your mind to action and James by your side, you can achieve big goals!

I am 37 years old and like many others, I have been previously bombarded with webinars and online courses opportunities when I am on my social media which usually does not resonate with me. I came across JPU on my IG and I have decided to take a leap of faith and sign up. I have read through/watched the materials available on the JPU portal and attended live session. What struck me is that James and Kush really want the best for their students because the level of details provided in the course is astonishing. In the live session James and Kush came across as down to earth, knowledgeable and honest and they were able to connect with large audience in the session. When providing advice, they actively listened to the question and they did their best to provide a very detailed answer that is based on their experience. That included tips , regulations and overview that were easy to grasp by audience with different level of property investment experience. I have to say I am glad I made the decision to join JPU and look forward completing the course.

JPU is a great course, lots of resources to use and videos to watch. All the modules are easily to navigate, they go in depth about their specific topics and the best thing is you can use them for lifetime access.

Very informative courses about the different strategies available in property investment. The live Q&A's are also a great way to expand on your knowledge. Great value for money! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting into property investment.

So far JPU has been full of useful information and more importantly set out in an easy and clear way to follow. Being part of the community helps too, anything from answering questions, sharing your own experiences and generally having like minded people to chat to.
A great resource if you are looking to start or expand your property business

The JPU property course was truly impressive. The online curriculum, coupled with the expertise of the instructors, created a rich learning experience. Proper decent genuine couple sharing how they have come so far.

I always had a bit of a want for property but never made the move and I came across James on TikTok and it kinda got me hooked from that point and started researching more into it.

The JPU is excellent value for money I know some of you may look and think it’s expensive and yeah to a point it may be but knowledge is key. If I had purchased this before buying my first property I could have saved a good few thousand due to mistakes I have made along the way.

James has a no BS approach tells it as it is he simply shares his experience in a way to help others as well as putting step by step process in place to help you. He is not like some of these out there on social media selling a dream he tells the story as it is and how he has gotten so far.

As mentioned above for me I bought my first property before starting the JPU and if I had of done this first 100% I would have done things differently it’s well worth the money.

If you are serious about getting into property you really should make the JPU part of your learning journey.

If you want to learn and want to take step into property this guys know what he’s talking about. He will provide you the courses that you require to build your knowledge in property. This will help you build your portfolio and James will also help you if you have any questions and advise you the best steps to take.
I’m currently doing this course and it’s been very educational. He also provides live lesson so you can interact with James and JPU students. Joining JPU will be one the best investment you will do. If you wish to learn and know where/how to start investing in properties JPU is a great starting point. I would highly recommend to join this when it’s available again.

So far James course has been insightful, packed full of information & nothing is too much hassle for him & Kush to share that little bit more information to help his students. Looking forward to completing this course & hopefully able to meet up with james to pick his brain that lil bit more🙌😂

Good course if you need to understand the all strategies for investment in properties

I am totally new to property investment and new very little about the strategies and the money that can be earnt.
I wanted to get into property investing but didn’t know where to start. I fell across the JPU on Instagram and signed up straight away.
Best decision I ever made! I got straight into the content which is very thorough yet not confusing. I spent a week learning and researching auction sites using the tips I got from James. I won my first property at auction and with complete confidence from what I’ve learnt. It dosent finish there. More modules to work through on renovation, finances and tax so it’s literally a hand holding through the process.
I was even booked by Homes under the Hammer as they saw I had picked up a really good renovation project for a super price!

James has a passion for educating and provides unbiased guidance for getting into the property market.

The classes are great, informative and the course touches quite a lot of topics so it's fair to say it's comprehensive.
James and Kush provide a community and they also share the contacts of the presenters (e.g. tax advisors).

Excellent all round teaching with access to valuable and detailed resources. James is involved and approachable and takes a keen interest in the successes or struggles of his students.
