I love Jamie Kay for many reasons! The quality of their clothing is second to none! I have an Autistic child with a sensory processing disorder who has to wear a school uniform of khaki pants. We settled on Jamie Kay’s Organic Cotton Modal Everyday Leggings. I bought four pair to cover four days (minus gym day) that he wore once a week throughout the school year, playing on the concrete recess yard and crawling on rugs. Only one pair had a tiny hole in the knee about a week before shorts weather. To say that I was amazed is an understatement! I even had others noticing the quality and asking where I bought them. This was all a huge bonus next to the fact that my son could not only tolerate wearing them, but found them comfortable. The other thing that I love about Jamie Kay is their stellar customer service. I’ve reached out a couple of times and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! They have been pleasant and very helpful.

The Jamie kay customer service team delivered amazing service. I had made a mistake on ordering an incorrect size and managed to get an email sent to them before packing my order. The team replied to me promptly and with so much help and options for my situation. The team quickly got my order cancelled and refunded so I could make a new order with the correct sizing all within an hour. I am really impressed with the kind and efficient service. I am now waiting for my order to arrive, and I can't wait for my beautiful Jamie kay pieces. I have a few of their baby clothes and I really do find their quality and style is the best. Love their items, they are my kids favorite. Very high quality. If you ever have a problem (not likely, we have ordered probably a dozen times and only had one minor issue) they are so quick to fix it or help. The customer service is amazing. Customer for life.

Have shopped with Jk for over 6 years and am a gold member now (yay)! I have never had an issue with garments, my kids clothes are always complimented and wash well. I have only ever had to return something once and JK we’re so easy to deal with. My go-to for kids clothes :)
