False advertising
The promotion page on your website (where I placed my order) did not state that the free bunnies needed to be manually added to the cart.
The requirement was only mentioned in the Terms & Conditions (hidden or not prominently displayed) and in a follow-up email (which I did not see before checkout).
This is misleading and unfair, as customers should not be expected to search for fine print or rely on post-purchase emails to understand how a promotion works.

I had a great experience returning some clothes I bought for my son that had sizing inconsistencies. The customer service was outstanding — they didn’t question the return at all, and were incredibly polite, helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions.
