Excellent service from David, from initially reaching out via e-mail and preparing for our consultation on the telephone. His action plan guide has given me plenty of fuel for thought, particularly as people tend to jump straight into the job search process without taking a step back and thinking about their achievements and what they want from their next role. Fresh and knowledgeable approach to recruitment that just works!

David is one of the most honest individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing with. One thing I will always remember is how he gave me advice which was actually not in his own interest. In his own words, "If I would not recommend my children a certain path, I would not recommend it to you". He gave me very valuable advice on an alternative route, and even followed up to ask if I required any support. I would definitely recommend him to anybody seeking a job, he will make sure he looks out and does what is best for you!

Good communication throughout the process

David really understands my position, my commitments and what I want for the next step. He goes the extra mile to ensure that what I apply for is really worth it and values my time. He is so supportive every step of the way and I honestly don't think I would have felt I had given it my all if it wasn't for his support. I came across David @ Jammy on LinkedIn - made a connection, the next day we’re having a virtual coffee after exchanging emails it was very refreshing to come across someone who sees the bigger picture as David did, although we weren’t able to work on a project together (David knew this) he still took time out to offer me some wonderful advice, above all it was a very enjoyable conversation.

I’ll certainly be keeping David at the front of my thoughts for any projects I may need a Recruitment partner on or if any advice support is required.
