The description and image of the item were misleading. I thought I was getting a linen blend material, it was completely synthetic and I realized the print they used in the image made it look like it was linen. They also did not send "womens" cut as I had ordered. They were boxy, made for men. Trying to return was a NIGHTMARE! It took a process of over a month waiting for their responses and going back and forth. I had to mail it back to some address in Viet Nam, which cost me about $50. I am still waiting for my refund. Terrible experience and service.

I got this bag for my daughter.. she loves dragonflies. This bag is beautiful. She is going to love it.

Took 3 weeks before it was even shipped... once recieved they put NAMA on the arm instead of the requested AV8R I asked for... They refused to take a return and refund and only offer 10% refund... Also quality of the sweater is pathetic, made with a curtain or table cloth like material and vary much home made looking.

I’ve written NUMEROUS posts about my experience with this awful company. I have an email from August 28th with them promising to fully credit me for the horrible quality product I received. Nearly five weeks later and STILL no credit. I’ve sent 3 or 4 follow-up emails to them asking for a status update on my credit and of course no reply. They seem to only reply when you post on here, and with a generic response to contact them via email and they will assist you but that is total BS… they have no intentions of helping you or even responding to you once you reach out to them… in this case numerous times. They are just trying to save face on here and make it appear like they care about customers but that is clearly the case. I reached out to them regarding the unsatisfactory item I received on the day I got it back in June and per their own website I was entitled to a 100% refund, no questions. This company is true crap and I can’t stress enough that other shoppers should avoid them altogether. They really should be ashamed of themselves and how they are conducting business or AKA scamming customers and not living up to the customer service commitments from their own website. If I could give them no stars I would. Jammy Job: Pease for the love of God return my emails (Erin Hemperley; order JMLHN100034178) and freakin’ credit me like you promised more than a month ago!!!!! I’m sick and tired of dealing with you and following up time and time again. You should really be ashamed of your yourself and your scamming ways. I will continue posting negative reviews on here until you do what you said you would… I’m not going away. You guys are truly awful and a sorry excuse for a “business.”

I have been trying to obtain information on how to return an item, that is beautiful, but way too big for me. Have sent numerous emails to “support” and a different address, but after two weeks no reply at all. At this point would not recommend this company at all.

I’ve ordered from the company a couple of times and absolutely love the clothing. True to size and graphics are great! Ship times are a bit longer than other companies but, I’m not going anywhere. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a great, well made product. Fantastic! I don’t remember my order dates so disregard the date of experience. It was this year though. I put a date in but, don’t know exactly.

I bought my wife a staffordshire bull terrier blouse shirt for her birthday. The shirt is of great quality and a perfect fit she is absolutely delighted with the shirt. I have also ordered her another one as a surprise. Jammy job is a trusted company and I totally endorse a perfect transaction.

Product was not even shipped within the 13-17 day window they kept telling me. Would Not accept a return after it was obvious I would not get the product in time. Poor quality product….. I recommend you stay away from this company…..

This was my second purchase from Jammy Job. Everything was very nice and as expected. I will make purchases again when needed/wanted. I often get compliments on my purse when out and about.

I have brought a few drink bottle's, a few tumblers, handbags, shirt, tote bags which i love and my friends love them, i wanted buy a wallet to go with my handbag but they didn't have so i emailed and got a reply i did what was ask but got the wallet i brought which was meant to be changed to what i wanted still waiting for a reply but other wise every is good

Don’t ever buy from Jammy Jobs! In May I ordered a brown animal print leather handbag. $95.47. When the bag arrived it was pink, smaller than advertised and made from PU (fake leather) I have been trying ever since to get a refund. Jammy Jobs finally agreed to refund and I posted the handbag back ($45 my expense). The post office has tried 3 times to deliver the bag for a refund! I now have to lodge a dispute with visa. A ver dishonest company!!!

This company should be terminated from the internet. The order we placed came late; we ordered one shirt but got three; we were charged for 4 shirts. The website was so confusing to negotiate. The owner of the company should take the designer of the website out behind the wood shed and have a meeting with Jesus us out how bad the website confuses the customer. The delivery time is so terrible that one cannot count on timely delivery. To others who consider buying from this firm we caution you to look elsewhere. For us…. What a terrible experience.

The breast cancer hoodie was lovely. The colon cancer and Fight like a warrior was a disappointment becuase there is nothing on the back of hoodie.

I ordered a bearded dragon sweatshirt for my granddaughter....she absolutely loves it! The quality is better than I expected. The print is vibrant and beautiful. We were provided with clear communication throughout the whole process. The sweatshirt was packaged very nicely too...overall a wonderful experience! Thank you Jammy Job

Your web site is not working! I have tried for over a week to buy a USMC top. I get through the ordering process all the way to using PayPal. I try to hit place order but cannot get past that to actually place the order. I am using an iPad if that makes a difference.

I bought a USMC customized purse from you and I had problems placing the order for it too. It however eventually worked….and I am super happy with the purse.

I am going to a convention for Women Marines in two weeks. I REALLY want to wear this top. I assume it is now too late to order it and receive it in time.

I sent an e mail to your customer support team on September 3rd. Your response was to “send a picture of my fault”. That made absolutely no sense….and you did nothing to help me place my order.

If you do not properly communicate with your customers, your business will not survive!

I got a blouse. The print quality was great, and the quality of the shirt in general was great. It’s an interesting material, but it’s all about the print! They send you status emails throughout the whole process. I enjoyed my experience.

I ordered an insulated portable coffee thermos to use in my car.
It was supposed to be insulated stainless steel.
It is stainless steel but no way in hell it's insulted. In summer with 35+ degrees Celsius, coffee cools down in under 15 minutes.... so much for insulation

The lid is a snap-on lid. Very insecure.
You hear a click and you think it has shaped shut but in reality it didn't.
Very easy to leak when drinking

Bottom line .... a scam and isn't worth a penny

After reading reviews, I ordered a Large-sized blouse. (I typically wear a US size Medium.) The fit is slightly big on me, but it's comfortable to wear.
I washed it on the delicate cycle of my washing machine and then, hung it up to air dry. Literally, easy breezy! And without wrinkles...
I love the print of the blouse, the soft, lightweight feel of the material, and quality of details.
The item arrived a little longer than expected, but it wasn't an issue.
It was a welcome surprise to see an offer to leave a tip to add along with purchase.
