I bought a pajama set. I ordered S size but it's too small. Then i contact with support of Jammy store. I changed for me size M. I'm so happy

Ordered a shirt. Took 17 days to receive. (Not 7-15) Terrible quality, blurred picture, cannot dry clean or put in dryer, terrible feeling material and ordered my normal size and way tooo large!! Told them it was defective (100% return policy) and had numerous email arguments about returning it. Finally I got tired of arguing. They offered 30% refund, then 40% refund, then 50% refund, although defective items are 100% refund. Finally said just give me the 50%, never heard from them again! No refund, I've sent 4 MORE emails since I agreed on the 50%. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. MY UNDER 30 DAY-RETURN POLICY ENDS TUESDAY, SEPT. 6TH, SO I GUESS THEY THOUGHT THEY CAN SAY I DIDN’T RETURN IT WITHIN THE 30 DAYS AFTER THAT, SO PROBABLY WHY I HAVEN’T HEARD FROM THEM.

I ordered a shirt and on august 19, it allegedly shipped. Since then I have not only not received my item, but the tracking link doesn’t work. I’ve emailed asking for information and received a response asking for the order #, etc. I replied and no response. I wanted this for a party next weekend. Looks like I have to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a dress from them, I received a dress with the bottom of the dress barely having a partial red print. It had no design. The dress they advertised has a beautiful print of fleur de lis and diamonds on it. I tried to return the dress and their customer service won’t allow me to return it with a prepaid sticker. Be aware that the clothing you see on their website may not reflect what you will actually receive. I will never order from this company again. Very disappointed in their customer service.
Update September 5, 2022 : I have reached out to Jammy Job customer service and returns with numerous emails. They will not send a prepaid label for me to send my defective dress back for full refund. This is why I sent the complaint.

Ordered a dress, matching handbag and a personalized tumbler. The dress is very flattering for summer but it is a thin material without a lining. The tumbler I received did not include our names as indicated on the original order. I contacted them via email and they sent the corrected version. We love the tumblers. Looking forward to having it at home and work.

I ordered a shirt about It's Better to Be Secretariat!
The colors of Secretariat racing were vivid and colorful. The material was better than expected. A great shirt in a fast arrival.

I ordered 3 shirts. All arrived. Print was exactly as pictured. I had tracking and am completely happy. I love my new shirts.

They shipped me the wrong style shirts, I have photographed the shirts I received incorrectly along with the order form of the shirts I ordered.
I have not received email on what they intend to do to solve this error.

I ordered a bird of paradise purse and dress and they are gorgeous. They are both very high quality. The dress was true to size. JammyJob kept me constantly informed of the order status. I was very impressed and will be ordering more.

I absolutely LOVE all the gorgeous tropical and floral colorful prints for both short and long dresses with quality lovely purses that can match perfectly as well! As long as I ensured the bust measurement was correct (nice to be a small again vs. my past usual medium), the dress and shirt fit perfectly including adjustable longer straps of the dresses for my tall torso; I already have various colored tube tops, strapless undergarments etc to fit nicely underneath if I wish. I made a much, much larger order now and can't wait untill all my amazingly beautiful handbags/totes, wallets/wristlets, shirts, long and short summer dresses arrive. (They all arrived in one nice box; all perfectly lovely and wonderfully fitting!)

Jammy Job has so many choices! I found the exact shirt with foxes on it; I wanted a real looking fox not a cartoon, and not a red fox since the event is honoring the Catalina fox which is gray. Quality and fit are perfect, and pattern matches down the front buttons, that’s unusual even in much more expensive clothing. It was bagged nicely with a thank you card! Can’t wait to get my next one.

While it takes a LONG time to receive an order, what I received was worth the wait and then some! I ordered two leather handbags and the quality is outstanding. Not only will I order again, but this is a great site for finding unique, quality gifts.

Hi couple of weeks ago I bought a shark design woman's shirt, size M. It took several weeks for the shirt to arrive. I didn't like how it looks, nor how it fits. I would't recommend this shirt. It looks nice on the advertising, but not worth the money nor the wait.

SO...I EXPRESSED MY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE ITEM THAT I PURCHASED,STATING IN THE BODY OF THE COMPLAINT THAT I COULD NOT REACH THE COMPANY..WHEN TYPING IN THE EMAIL ADDRESS,IT TAKES YOU TO THE WEBSITE..WHEN CLICKING ON THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE,IT TAKES YOU BACK TO THE HOME PAGE..I DID GET A RESPONSE FROM MY FIRST RATING INSTRUCTING ME TO USE THAT SAME EMAIL..I CLEARLY STATED IN THE BEGINNING THAT IT WAS NOT OBTAINABLE..IN READING OTHER REVIEW,SEEMS LIKE THE RESPONSE THAT I GOT WAS PRETTY GENERIC..SAD THAT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED,THAT I WAITING SO LONG AND PATIENTLY FOR IS FALLING APART LESS THAN 6 MONTHS IN AND THE COMPANY MAKES IT SO YOU CAN NOT REACH THEM..HMMMMM..CAN YOU SAY "SCAM"???!!!!!

I was sadly disappointed with the tote and matching wallet I received. First the shipping time was way longer than expected and trying to track it was nearly impossible. Second as soon as I opened the tote I notes the poor quality the straps and trim were a shiny plastic looking faux leather that looked horrible. Also the wallet pattern was ok but the tote was a stretched out version that looked like someone blew a picture up too much. I am hoping to return both products with minimal difficulty but we will see how that goes.

I ordered a tote bag and was very pleased with it. The process and delivery times were pretty long.

Purchased 2 insulated cups. One was personalized and the name looks great. Both cups are good quality and are exactly like the pictures on the site. Shipping was fast for a customization.

I purchased two women's tops. I didn't like either. Style on one, fabric for the second. I would like to returnthem but neither came with a receipt enclosed. I have an order number for one item on an email but no item number for the second.

Then, nowhere on the website does it say where to send returns. I'm now out about $60.
