My experience was HORRIBLE...The size chart is NOT true to size...they would not try to make the situation right. I bought 3 dresses from them and EVEN bought a size larger than I normally wear. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM/CHINA!!!

I bought 6 tops and love them all. I go to fundraising events and they mostly have a theme. I bought a Mexican top, Red White&Blue top, 2 Cowboy/Western tops and 2 Hawaiian themed tops. Getting them took a lot of time but it was worth it.

Over a month til delivered
I placed an order for a top 3 weeks before the event I needed to wear it to. Unfortunately my order took over a month to arrive. I requested to return my items but all they offered me was 30% refund. Never heard of a return policy like that! They were slow & now I lose money. Will not order again!

NOT as advertised!!
I ordered a chicken shirt. It took far too long to receive. That might have been forgiven but the item I ordered was nothing like it was pictured. It was advertised as a cotton-linen blend. It is a polyester.I have written Jammy Job numerous times and have heard nothing back but more advertising. I want to return or get a credit but instead-just more advertising. NOT satisfied with this company!!!

BEWARE
Ordered a dress on Feb 25th for an event in April. Plenty of time. Has been "in transit" since early March. Have contacted customer service on a weekly basis and always get a scripted response, Fortunately my bank has reversed the charges, Order with extreme caution!

Inaccurate product description and pictures
Their website says they will give you a refund if you are not 100% satisfied. The shirt I ordered did not come in the material that was listed in the description nor was it the same colors as the picture. I am going back and forth with customer service and they are telling me that my "reason for wanting to return is not valid as there is no fault with the item or the order." Do not order from this company.

I am disappointed to say that even after reading the reviews I decided to give this business the benefit of the doubt. I spent £45 on a dress for an event 8 weeks away and am still waiting. After several emails I still have not been offered a straight Answer. I paid via PayPal however they had the wrong address 🤷♀️ Every time I emailed about my purchase the response had nothing to do with my question. It’s now been over 4 weeks so the 10 days advertised as no integrity. I will let you know if my purchase arrives but won’t hold my breath 😡

I ordered a shirt. I do like the design of the fabric - flamingos on black - but it only just fits me. Yes, there is size guidance - but it's misleading. I have read through some reviews and see that I am not the only person disappointed by the quality of the material in my shirt. I thought I was purchasing a cotton-linen mix but the material of the garment I received is mostly polyester - there is no label on the garment to say what it is, but the shiny, synthetic feel is far different to what I was anticipating. I am not going to bother asking for a refund as it looks as if this is not possible - but using technicalities to explain away poor product representation is in my view poor policy. I thought I was ordering a garment which would be a favourite; instead I have something which I will wear occasionally, in an ironic way. Possibly a retro seventies party ... I see that Jammy Job reply to the reviews. Why can't they respond by upping their game? Good quality products would result in better reviews which in turn would increase their turnover. It is a mystery to me why they are satisfied with short-changing everyone's expectations.

Misleading Refund & Return Policy at Jammy Job
If you plan on buying any item from this online company and decide to request a return for a refund, you will be denied from my personal experience. Jammy Job has no credibility and not trustworthy and reputable to conduct fair business practices online to the consumers and does not honor their stated return and refund guarantee policies on their own website. After 3 emails to support@jammysjob, they have yet to respond to my most basic request for a return and refund. I purchased a women’s shirt 3 weeks and received it on May 5 as a gift for my wife for Mother’s Day. She did not like the feel of the shiny material and fit so on May 8, I immeditely requested a return for refund stating our dissatisfaction on the misleading main description posted that it was Linen Cotton but 60% Polyester/40% Cotton and model photo displayed a linen cotton material and not a Polyester that's not a breathable fabric for warm season wear.
Their reply to my request was that their product was 95% accurate from their description. They stated that they are bound by rules and policies of their company and my reason for wanting to return this item is not valid and so I cannot return the item.
It is May 11 and I am still waiting from Jammy Job to reply to my last 3 emails and hope they read this review of their very poor customer service and practices to their customers and provide me return authorization information to return the new, unused shirt for a full refund per their stated return and refund guarantee policies.
Today is May 12 to support@jammysjob at Jammy Job in response to Jammy Job's reply below for others to see what I'm currently experiencing with frustration on Jammy Job's handling of a simple request for return and refund of a new, unused $34.99 womens shirt.
Your generic, vague reply of "We will give you the best way to resolve this issue." are purely boiler plate words with no action. There is no meaning from your replies if a full refund of a new, unused women shirt received 7 days ago is not given to honor your stated online policies to your customer.
I should not be sending another 5th email to the same email address support@jammysjob asking for the same, repeated, simple requests for return and refund of $34.99 due to dissatisfaction per your stated website guarantee return and refund policies.
You have already received all 4 emails dated below and have decided to avoid responding to our last 3 mails to provide us with a basic return and refund request from receipt of the Women shirt on May 5 for Mothers Day gift on May 8.
1. May 8 at 11:19 am - Requested for return/refund
2. May 10 at 11:09 am - Requested for return/refund
3. May 10 at 11:18 am - Requested for return/refund
4. May 11 at 1:01 pm - Requested for return/refund
Today is May 12 and we have yet to receive any response from support@jammysjob to provide our request for a return and refund to resolve this so kindly respond to my emails we sent to email address: support@jammysjob

Ordered April 2 and just received today. This is not a cotton T-shirt, some polyester blend. The opening to pull over is tight and the fit is terrible.
I will not order online again unless it’s a brick and mortar store
