not a scam but lied about policy

First they don’t honor their return and refund policy. The shipping took around 3 weeks. The item was as expected. They refunded me 50% and let me keep my purse. It’s not a scam like i thought and i actually got my money back. Overall this was an okay experience i just hope they honor their policy or change it

Hopefully for Christmas, in 7 months

Like everyone else, I'm still waiting for the blouse I ordered as a birthday gift. Maybe I'll have it for a Christmas gift. It's May now, so there is a chance I'll get it by then.

Nothing Received

I ordered 2 items on April 2, 2022 with a 10 - 15 day period for delivery. I was needed them for an important event on April 26, 2022.
Today is May 10, 2022. The items have still not arrived. I have reached out to check the status only to receive no information. I have yet to see the quality of the items, should they ever arrive.

Poor not as described

Poor - ordered ladies blouses which were described as cotton/linen. They are some type of silky synthetic material so I want to return them .
The reply from the company doesn’t make sense - I have no complaint about the pattern only the material!

Never received my order

I ordered a shirt and a dress. Never received the dress. Received A shirt. Not what I ordered and then after going back and forth on emails they wanted me to pay to return the shirt! For some reason it’s too complicated for them to understand that I’m not giving more money to a company that didn’t even send me what I ordered. It’s ridiculous! Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam.

I was thrilled with the two shirts I ordered for our KY Derby Party. The prints were lined up perfectly, not something often seen for shirts of this price. I was very happy with my purchase and will order again.

Ooops!!!!

Ooops!!!!! I gave Jammy job a bad review by mistake! I ordered ladies tops from 2 different companies on the same day and the company that had only one top out of 5 that I ordered that fit was Berrylook! None of the ladies tops looked like they did in the advertising with the exception of one. Both of the Jammy Job tops I received were on time and of great quality and fit!!! Thanks so much!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I purchased two shirts at $75 altogether. First of all they both did not fit. The sizes are not true to form. Also the shirts are not the best of quality. I emailed the company and have explained how I want to have them send me a return label. We have gone back and forth a few emails. In the end…. They will not reimburse me my money. I am now stuck with two shirts that don’t fit and horrible quality!!

Beautiful purse

I purchased a purse. It was smaller than I thought it would be and it took a while to receive the purchase. However the purse is well made and beautiful. I have gotten compliments over it. I would purchase another bag from them.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. I ordered some mushroom print shirts and what the website showed was totally different from the prints that came. They were different colors and the print was pixilated and ugly. Way expensive, took forever to ship and the order was wrong. Buying in the USA from here on out.

This is another scam company

This is another scam company. I ordered a leather handbag for yarn projects and they sent a vinyl bag that looks so cheap and Not worth the $48.00 they charged!
I tried to return the bag and they don’t do returns because they are to busy doing the bait And switch con!

Terrible service and refund policy…

Terrible service and refund policy doesn't exist. I'm 5'5", 140 pounds and I ordered a size medium. The blouses were huge, hung off me. I asked for a return label and was told NO RETURNS!! Really? So now they have my money and I have blouses I cannot wear!
Just don't buy from Jammy Job!

Strange experience …

The product was advertised as cotton/linen. It was a cheap polyester. Super tacky. The only reason I gave it a 2 is because when I emailed them they refunded my money no questions asked and I didn't have to send back the product. The other strange thing was the product had no tags with the materials amd cleaning instructions on it. I think that is illegal in the US.

Total scam

Total scam. Buyer Beware! I ordered 3 blouses, a wallet, and purse. Over $160.00. The blouses look nothing like pictures and are 100% polyester! Listing stated cotton/linen. The purse is not leather as advertised. I waited weeks and got nothing but a run around. Stay far away! Kudos to Jammy Job for getting away with robbery.

Shameful cancellation policy

I placed an order then cancelled it within 3-4 hours. They assessed a 20% cancellation fee and would not alter this in spite of my complaint. I think a company is entitled to have any sort of cancellation fee they want but it should be prominently displayed during the ordering process. The fee was absolutely not displayed at all, but was buried in the infamous "terms and conditions." I can't speak to the quality of the clothing since I cancelled the order.

Jammy Job posted a response to my original review which ended with: "We will give you the best way to resolve this issue.Thank you!" Their email to me simply restated their punitive cancellation policy. They even sent a reproduction of the policy in the tiny print used on their website! Avoid this company!!

I wish I could give negative stars!!!

I wish I could give negative stars! The Norse rune pattern dress I ordered did not have the buttons as shown which was the least of the issues. The straps are about 2 feet too long on each side. Where the dress should “V” between my breasts comes to a V at my bellybutton! The material is cheap and it looks NOTHING like what was shown on the website.
