Nice personal service from Darren, he sorted us out a slightly unusual mortgage. The service is more than just the forms.

Darren took me through my first mortgage. Being new to all this, there was a lot I hadn't thought about.
He asked me for certain documents well ahead of our meetings so I had ample time to get things together. I believe his way of doing things were the reason that my mortgage was accepted so quickly and from viewing the house to recieving the keys took just over 5 weeks!
I have 6 months before my re-mortgage and Darren has already emailed me to get the ball rolling.

After my initial worries about finding a broker online all my fears where swept away when we met Darren. We had no idea how useful he would be in advising us about how we could get a mortgage using income we didn't know would be accepted by a mortgage company. And whats better is he came to meet us in person and did everything in a couple of hours and found us a great mortgage in principle. We've since renewed our mortgage when Darren got back in touch to say it was time to start looking at the best offers and with just a few clicks of a mouse qnd emailing the documents he needed we had abother great deal to turn to. Cant recommend him enough!
