The products I ordered arrived quickly and the samples have given me a good idea of colours. Thank you for a prompt service.

I bought 5 rolls of Sanderson wallpaper + the recommended paste. They didn’t have the paste in stock and after some back and forth sent me an alternative but it didn’t arrive in time for my decorator to do the job (despite my specifying when that was) so I had to go out and get some that morning.

Then there was a load more back and forth about sending the replacement paste back which they eventually agreed to cover postage for.

Finally we weren’t able to finish the wallpapering within the specified 30 days return period (some prep work took longer than expected and we’re waiting for decorator to be available again) so we won’t be able to send back the excess. It’s quite pricey wallpaper so expect to be about £140 out of pocket.

To be safe I’d recommend buying from somewhere with a longer return period to avoid this risk.

Fast and reliable delivery from a great choice of fabrics

The wallpaper was an excellent price, arrived on time, and was well packaged. Very pleased with my purchase.

Quick delivery but the wallpaper samples were too small to properly see the colours and pattern.

Great service’ fast delivery ‘and a great rug

I placed an order online with a 5-8 delivery lead time. The company confirms an email will be sent when the items are dispatched. To date, some 11 days since I placed my order, I have yet to receive an email confirming my order has been dispatched. My decorator has now left the site and I not be able to finish the works to my house. Very disappointing experience

Good service and value. The only problem was not being informed that the wallpaper has been dispatched, which caused unnecessary anxiety with the arrival of the decorators imminent, hence one point defuction

The sample arrived within days and was well presented in a card folder. I have successfully used this service several times for both fabric and wallpaper samples . I have also previously ordered made to measure Roman blinds which were easy to fit and of high quality.

Bought a beautiful Harlequin rug from Jane Clayton & Co. Excellent communication with them to ensure it didn’t arrive when we were on holiday and it arrived the day after our return. Looks terrific , very happy. Definitely recommend this company.

Shame that your bank did accepted the visa gold card, through the quotation number is quite costly 43pounds.

The wallpaper met my expectations and will be a lovely complement to my bedroom just need to get it on the wall now. I hope I don’t have too many rolls as the job can’t be done for some weeks and refunds only valid 30 days.
