Totally different to advert. Rubbish product and when I complained I was offered 30% refund. Avoid at all costs.

I rarely leave reviews unless a service/company are brilliant or awful. Sadly this review is because of the later. The ring is mass produced, came from China and looks cheap and not like the photographs. Wish i’d checked trust pilot first!!

Oh have been scammed!! Was stupid enough to order a ring & some earrings from their Instagram advert. 3 weeks later have received items that aren’t as pictured and when you go to follow the instructions to request a return, surprise surprise the email & phone number don’t exist.
This is so wrong.

Terrible company!

This company gives the totally wrong impression that the jewellery is made in Somerset by a family firm!! Utter rubbish, it comes from overseas. It looks like a bit of metal has been attached to half a paperclip!! As for the information on how to clean the 'jewellery " and the cleaning cloth being enclosed.....I laughed out loud!! Don't waste your money......it would cost far to much to return,so I just put buying this poor quality ' stuff' down to experience and will be far more sensible when ordering off the Internet!@

It took over 3 weeks to receive the item. It arrived in a simple plastic bubble-padded bag (I expected nicer packaging from such a polished website). The item that I received (the stone specifically) is different than the photo - it looks "cheaper", not the pretty blue that I wanted. I read online that the company was created in Nov. 2025, everything on the website is fake, and the items come from China, not Wyoming

These three sisters do not exist and their merchandise is pure junk from China!
The necklace I received looked like a child threaded some beads. Even the hook was cheap and tarnished
this company is a complete SCAM. Do not order anything from them. I demanded a refund but still waiting.

I would rate it a zero. Poor quality and can’t get a response on how to return so I guess I have learned my lesson to always check reviews before ordering

What a bunch of crap I have for over 130. No more internet junk for me. Tired of dishonesty.

The Earrings i received are not at all as described, they are Junk, so incredibly cheap not even a child would wear them, Total false advertising I don't think they even know where Montana is!!!!!!

No product arrived. I keep getting authentic looking emails but they are fake. Stay away from this company. It really doesn’t exist. They are just stealing your money.

Not good jewelry. I received my jewelry in a timely manner. But 2 of the 3 pieced were just crap. Poorly made. The ring looked like something a 13 year old would buy at Claire's (does that still exist?) The earrings, which are the drop kind have the back piece so long I could not get it through my ear. One ring I did keep I had to get a ring spacer for it to fit, which I should not have had to do. Do NOT buy from them.

Avoid!!!! Purchased a bangle and ring. Over £40. Read more reviews and realised that the items on sale were actually shipped from China. The cost for the 2 items on Temu were under £5.00. Received items today after a 3 week delivery. Only fit for the bin. False advertising. Should be stopped!

I would have given this fake website a big fat 0 if it was possible! I’ve never been ripped off before, so I feel really angry with myself for not looking at Tripadvisor. The item I received is going in the bin.
That will teach me for thinking I had found a bargain.

This jewelry is junk. Looks nothing like the web site. Do not order! They say returns are easy but this is in China and they make returns difficult. They returned maybe 1/6 of what I spent. Shipping took forever too. Don’t be ripped off like I was!

If i could rate zero i would...crap crap crap!! Beware and use good money some other place!! They are NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE...NOT USA...NOT ANYTHING BUT LIARS!.

The 3 items I ordered for holiday gifts arrived in January, probably from China…..not Wyoming. I fairly certain these 3 women do not “craft” these items. I did complain and was given a credit which has not been used yet. That is why I gave this review more than a 0.

Saw this site just over 2 weeks ago and fell in love with everything they have. Right after Christmas, money was tight so I broke into my secret stash and got me a early Birthday Gift. Delivery only 9 days. Will post photo on FB!!

Pure junk and total fraud. I shouldn't have trusted the glowing Trustpilot reviews on their website. Item arrived nothing like pictured. Kept getting updates that they were "crafting" my jewelry, when in reality it was on a boat from China. Requested refund and they ghosted me. They had no consideration for me so I am disputing the charge with my card issuer. Oh, and their address in Wyoming is temp office space with virtual services. Couldn't find them in the BBB database surprisingly but I will file a complaint there when I can.
