Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. My package sat at fed ex hub for 5 days. Called customer service 2 times and they guaranteed the package would arrive today. Never received the package and they aren’t helping with finding the package. This is the 2nd time this has happened

Cannot cancel the order on it has been placed. BEWARE.

I placed an order on Saturday, and reached out Monday early morning (when their Customer Service open) to either cancel or change their shipping methods. The order wasn't even processed yet, and Customer Serive (Fritzie) wouldn't cancel it for me saying this is their terms and conditions.

I work an e-commerce, so I know how easy it is, especially when the order is not processed yet to simply cancel and refund it. It is a function built in to most e-commerce stores and so you know Janie and Jack is doing this on purpose.

This is a very unfair condition for the customer, and I advise anyone reading this review to consider before purchasing.

So i placed an order and realized i…

So i placed an order and realized i needed either to change address or expedite the shipping as there were delays on the economy shipping. i am able to with other companies. instead, they say no...new policies....can't edit or cancel order. i must make a new order with correct shipping or address and then return the first order by not accepting it. ridiculous. i spent over 200USD.....the least they could do would be cancel the order. will never buy online...only in the store.

Drex in the online chat service was…

Drex in the online chat service was extremely helpful and very quick to solve my problem! He was very courteous. I also love Janie and Jacks clothes. They are ADORABLE - cuter than their pictures, if that's possible. They are great quality as well. I can tell they will last through hand me downs. They also have great sales!

Horrendous service! Don’t bother! …..

Placed an order…..
Took 3 weeks for PayPal to email me to say I was getting a $27.99 refund…. 3 live chats and 3 phone calls later I have still received no apology or explanation that an item was out of stock despite having a confirmed order. Thanks for your appreciation of my custom Janie and Jack!!! Not impressed at all! Still no email from them explaining what happened!! And Adriana has just put the phone down on me!!!! Unbelievably appalling service!! Order placed 6/5th - phone call trying to resolve the issue 6/23!!!

Customer Service Not Responsive

I placed an order with Janie and Jack.
The order got delivered. I wanted to return items but there system is not working. A duplicate showed up,
I emailed called customer service and after no response for 4 days, I called customer service. They immediately emailed a return label for the duplicate order and acted like that was a huge favor for me, But the other return label would like another 2-3 days. 5 days later no label. Called customer service- no answer, only the option to leave a message.
The chat only said they would send another label in another 2-3 days. The order was placed a month ago now.

They kept sending me bogus tracking numbers

They kept sending me bogus, tracking numbers telling me that the product shipped. When I called customer service they instead informed me that the product had not shipped. Very confusing. When I said I wanted to cancel the order, they informed me that it was too late. This was a gift and I would never order from them again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They never answer their phone!

Why does this company never return calls from an upset buyer after leaving many messages on their customer service phone number?
They NEVER answer !
I have over $500 of merchandise still not received .. the prices have even dropped on many of the items in this order I have yet to receive .. and knowing how terrible their customer service is? I bet they won’t even honor the current prices even though I haven’t received their merchandise.
If I Ever get this order? It will be the last $500 they ever get from me! I can certainly understand the negative reviews. Here’s another one!

Drex is super helpful

Drex is super helpful! Over the years, wait times by phone have taken longer and my local store has closed so it hasn't been as easy getting help with orders and returns. But I do love their products and am happy they're still in business. Prices are reasonable with sales and their quality is great!
