Overall an excellent experience with this company! I placed an order for some Sandstone cleaner but the payment failed first time around, then was successful after. The order was dispatched straight away without delay with both arriving 2 days later at no extra postage cost. So there was no time for me to cancel the second order that was placed in error. I called up and the lady I spoke to answered pretty much straight away and offered me a refund with no quibble at all. Thank you very much and very happy! Steve Peters

Read many reviews and this seemed to be the best. Cheaper to buy direct from Jarder than online selling platforms. Seems very sturdy and very pleased with the quality. As others have said the base is large but heyho it keeps it stable without having to drill into the patio. Very pleased and would recommend.

Have previously ordered the Tarmac Cleaner solution a couple of times so I am sold on the product solution. Very fast and efficient ordering and delivery process, kept informed at all stages.

The first delivery was was delivered to wrong address. They sent out another lot same day arrived next day amazing service.

After applying a second treatment I can report my problem with moss continues. This stuff not worked as per my doubts

Firstly I tried wet and forget as searching on Google it said it would kill moss on my house roof. Complete failure as I would say it fed it as the roof looks worse now. Going to try this stuff but waiting for a dry day, other review says use neat so that my next step. Gave 3 stars as I have doubts it will work. Only time will tell.

Perfect for my new build lawn only been down couple of weeks but can see grass is greener and starting to thicken. One tub was enough for lawn. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like in a few months. Really fast delivery thank you

The customer service was actually very good with this company. Quick replies to emails, and sent the product out very quickly.

The issue is the quality of the product itself. I followed the manufactures instructions to the letter, and ensured the ground was dry etc before and after laying the solution.

Within 1 week the driveway is riddled with weeds, and the product simply has not worked.

I would advise investing your money elsewhere as this was a total waste of money unfortunately.

After spending considerable time cleaning sandstone flags, was pleased to apply Jarder sealant which was easy to apply and should give many years of protection and good appearance .

Staff very helpful and polite delivered and no damage by courier very easy to set up and excellent buy I would defiantly buy from this company again, thanks again to the lovely staff
