I wrote wrong the email when I bought my perfume, I wrote the client service and they answered immediately
I bought 2 Parfums they’re real original and in perfect packaging conditions
Easy to follow the delivery I recommend 100%

I have not received the product

I have not received the product. It is stuck in Germany since the 24th. Told it would come in a few days. Still nothing.

hello, do not hesitate to contact customer service to obtain your information. I see that the package has arrived in Ireland, it should be delivered in the next few days. On a side note we have had a notification regarding this package for a possible delay due to a customs check in the German GLS warehouse before its shipment to Ireland. unfortunately the slight delay is independent of us and also of the carrier we are sincerely sorry. Customs is a state service so we cannot expedite or dispute it.
