1. I loved my dress and quality was so much better than expected 2. I accidentally sent back dress from another retailer to Jarlo (I used the wrong return QR code) and didn’t realise for a week, after contacting them in a panic they located the dress and even offered to send it to the retailer for me as I was on a deadline to get it returned. The customer service was unreal. Thank you so much!

I’ve bought several occasion dresses from Jarlo now, and I couldn’t be happier! The quality on every dress has been outstanding—the fabric is thick and nothing is ever see-through (huge win!). Every piece I’ve ordered feels super well-made.

The pricing is also spot on for the quality you’re getting too. Every time I've worn their dresses to weddings, parties, fancy dinners etc. I always get compliments! Jarlo has quickly become my go-to brand for any special occasion.

Highly recommend if you want to feel fabulous without breaking the bank! 💕💕

I’ve been buying Jarlo dresses for years and genuinely love them. The quality is always fantastic, they fit true to size, and they have this special vibe about them. I love dresses that stand out, and they always do!!

Atrocious condition garments. Do not risk buying for a special occasion. Also: your refunds are at risk. Slow and sloppy customer service replies, then ignored without resolution.

My birthday dress arrived in the most screwed up condition I have ever witnessed, I’m talking almost impressive how violently the satin formal fabric was scrunched. I was asked for a photo, which I promptly sent and was sure would surprise even the customer service agent - these were way beyond your ordinary postage creases - and I was simply advised to “steam it” on my birthday.

It looked like it had been thrown in a trash compacting bin for a month while damp. I requested a return postage due to the condition, and was instead reminded to steam it, then flatly ignored. Steaming it barely touched the problem.

Awaiting for a reply from Jarlo. Last time I ever go with this faux premium designer. Plus the John Lewis / Adrianna Papell superior version was leagues above in quality, fabric, cut and condition for the same price. A no brainer.

Once this issue is remedied, I will take down this review. Word of warning to customers: do not ever risk shopping with Jarlo.

I bought a Jarlo dress, didn't like it, and returned it on June 27, but I haven't received my money back yet. I appreciate it if you could resolve my issue.

I have ordered 3 wedding dresses from here and a few others from other sites. Jarlo is by far the best for money, lovely quality, fast delivery and easy to return the dress if it is not right.
I have been let down on a massive scale by one of their competitors.
