Requested a refund.

I have been waiting for a refund on an order I placed on March 10, 2026. They charged my credit card the day after I placed the order but when I asked for a refund, it's been one email after another stalling the refund being processed. They failed to ship the bike by their advertised ship date so I asked for a refund. I'm still trying to get them to process the refund that I requested on March 23rd. I see many positive posts but my experience has sadly not been a good one. I now have to go through the process of contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

The bike itself seems nice but we don't…

The bike itself seems nice but we don't know yet because the charger does not work. I've contacted customer service twice about having a replacement shipped. Both times I have been told that I will receive a callback from a customer support agent that day or the following day. Still no callback.

I bought a bike from them and it only…

I bought a bike from them and it only had 54 miles on it and it stopped working. I contacted support and they were not helpful at all. I wasted a grand on a piece of shit bike! The front brake never worked either. Don’t buy their bikes! I did so much research on electric bikes too. I wish I would have never bought this one!

Definitely worth getting a x-Hunter e-bike

I recently purchased a x-Hunter e-bike, March 2026. I can say it is definitely worth the money. Customer service was reponsive, as I had a few questions. Got back to me very quickly. The bike is a bit heavier than I thought, but that makes it very solid. The assembly was easy, but instructions were a little bit challenging. Especially in the assembly of the handle bar shaft. It wasn't intuitive to replace the unscrewed clamp holding the spacer back after putting on the shaft. But it did become obvious after a bit. The rest was easy. Bike is built very well and is a lot of fun. It folds easily and fits in the back of my Jeep for camping and running off road. The suspension makes it a great ride. I am looking at getting another one soon.

We ordered 2 hunter pro's

We ordered 2 hunter pro's. We received them in 2 days. The bikes have exceeded our expectations. Since receiving them, our friends have been buying them as well. The count is up to 11.

The Jasion Patrol 52

The Jasion Patrol great bike! Hub motor is super quiet!
Very well built and well worth the money.
Yellow on black looks very good. Cant wait to see if Jasionbike co.es out with body wraps!

I believe that customer support does…

I believe that customer support does not get the credit that they deserve. They have been so helpful in helping my wife and I decide which bikes are best suited for us. Customer service has also reached out to us to make sure that we were enjoying our new purchase. All of our needs have been handled professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you.

Pretty simple to put together

Pretty simple to put together. Just take your time! Plug the battery in first before you begin assembling. I've had it for a week now and did a 12-mile ride in less than 40 minutes and still had 40% battery left. I used 5 PAS the whole way tested the throttle and the pedal assist. Strong build for the budget! Will you get a full 60 miles on a charge? Probably if you're in full pedal assist and on PAS 1 or 2.

Perfect Pedal Assist or Throttle Only Bike

I purchase this bike for my husband after knee surgery since he couldn't pedal any longer. The option to not have to pedal and still enjoy a bike ride was the perfect answer. I loved his bike so much I got 2 more just like it. I am very pleased with the bike quality, the options it came with and the price! I highly recommend!

I bought 2 folding bikes less than a…

I bought 2 folding bikes less than a year ago. The bikes did not show shipped for a couple of weeks. I contacted them and found out the colors I ordered were unavailable. So they shipped different colored bikes with my agreement. They never mentioned that they were out of stock till a called them.
Less than a year later, with a 2 year warranty, my battery is toast on one of the bikes. It has been 2 weeks since I contacted them for the warranty and they now have responded. I pay $80 shipping to send them the junk battery under warranty and then they will send me a new one. At this rate the bike will be down for a month.
Update: Now it is $80 for shipping, is what they say plus a $15 shipping charge. What??
I will update if anything changes.

We got scammed on a bait and switch…

We got scammed on a bait and switch “sale” on Amazon. They advertised two pack of bikes for 48% off. After order was made and paid for, they claimed a mistake and offered $30 so we can buy a second bike somewhere there else. Then they refused to send either one. Customer support is outsourced and horrible.

I have had great response and support from Customer Service

I have had great response and support from customer service. I have only communicated by email but the response shows up the next day. I have only about 60 miles on the bike so far but I really like the way it performs.

The couple times I had issues, customer service was quick to reply and offered to help or replace an item if needed.

Got a revolt pro Black

Got a revolt pro (Green) back in Dec 2025. Was very happy with the quality and the performance but I had ordered the black and was not crazy about the green color. Buddy of mine loved the color and the performance so I sold it to him and I ordered another in late Jan 2026 (black). Was on back order but Jasion kept me up to date and always responded to my emails. Arrived Mar 1 2026. Assembled it but had to wait a couple days to ride due to high winds . Finally took my first drive 14 miles mostly hilly streets, it performed as expected. Had a couple noises coming from front brakes and rear suspension, five minutes worth of adjustments and now it's perfect. Completely happy . I've researched and you're not going to find another with same features and performance for the money.

Bikes are made very well and are easy…

Bikes are made very well and are easy to put together. They seem to be fast and easy to shift and manage well. The two baskets I got with them are nice. The kickstand broke in half the first day. I think it was a manufacturer’s defect. I am happy about the purchase.

Misleading warranty

We purchased two new bikes from this company less than a year ago. One of the bikes stopped working started showing an error code with less than 60 miles. We emailed and called their support team and they had us send pictures and video of the issue. Then had us do a series of checks. They determine the the throttle control needed to be replaced and since the bike was out of warranty, I would have to pay for it. I told them the bike was less then a year on and on their website it says the bike will be warranty covered for a year after receiving it in big bold print. The support team emailed me back showing small tiny print stating they can use discretion and deny the warranty. Which means to me, if the bike came broken, missing parts or any other defect, they can deny fixing it. The support team sent a email stating how they could see how there was CONFUSION with the warranty stating it covered the bike for a year. I don't see CONFUSION, I see MISLEADING, DECEITFUL, in the warranty plastered on their website about their warranty.

Quick delivery after ordering

Once I decided on Jasion and placed my order, my two bikes came within 5 days of the order. The recommended videos were helpful and the setup was quick and mostly easy. 1 person can put the bike together without any problem. Now just waiting for snow to leave so we can ride them more!

Absolutely amazing customer service and…

Absolutely amazing customer service and I think that's huge when it comes to the e-bike industry that's booming right now. The bike speaks for itself and when you sit on it and ride it you will understand the power luxury and vibe of one of the greatest e-bikes ever created. I think it's a combination for me when it comes to this brand. The attentiveness is spread between the entire brand. And that means a lot.

I had a great experience with Jasion Cistomer Support. They worked with me on my rear tire issues and resolved my problems so I can continue enjoying my bike. I bought my XHunter and have had it since July of last year ans absolutely love it!
