I have contacted customer 2 times for 2 separate questions. Not issues. They were very quick to respond and were very helpful with my questions. It’s customer service help like this that helps make a company easy to shop with. To me positive customer service is the first thing I look at when considering large purchased. They are definitely a five star customer service company.

True customer service is what the Jasion ebike company is all about. They listen without judgement and then evaluated the situation and executed a resolution with kindness and compassion to ensure the customer is treated with respect and a resolution, to standards that the world has forgotten. "Take care of your customers and they will take care of you" That would be a solgan they could use because that's what my wife and I have experienced. Ms. Doris and Mgt. Jasion X Hunter E-Bike - Excellent Value
I purchased a Jasion E-Bike (X Hunter) from Amazon in Nov 2025. The bike was very well packed and the YouTube assembly video was very easy to follow! I had one small issue with a screw and contacted Jasion Customer Service via email. They were very quick to respond and sent me a replacement immediately. The Customer Service was top notch, I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and resolved the issue.
The bike looks amazing and comes with a very comfortable seat standard (unlike some other e-bike companies). It has a nice color screen that is easily visible while riding the bike. The bike works great in both pedal assist and motor driven only modes. It has a half handlebar twist throttle that is easy to control and has a smooth acceleration.
Overall this is a great purchase. I especially love that it's available both from their website as well as Amazon where I was able to use my Amazon Prime card to get a 0% interest over 12 months. Super glad that I choose Jasion over competitors!

I had a great experience purchasing my Jasion RetroVolt Pro. Got the bike in 2 days and I put it together right away. It was a piece of cake.. so easy!! The bike performs and ride great. I've had this bike for about a year
I've had this bike for about a year. I have loved it's power so much. It takes me up a hill just fine and I enjoy cruising around town on whichever pedal assist is needed. My only complaint is that the brakes were ultra squeaky right from the get go.

The experience buying the bike online and the customer service were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable and the bike was just what I wanted.
Do not buy
Do not buy. They do not stand behind their product. A warranty claim will only frustrate you and waste your time. It took me 5 days and multiple correspondence (5 hrs. Of my time) to learn my warranty was 6 months not a year. Why buy what didn't last to begin with? Ask yourself.

My customer rep. Mrs. Doris was more than kind and the upper Mgt. listened. We are in our 60's and to say we might have misunderstood could be a under statement, lol! Never the less we were treated with understanding, kindness and compassion. Mrs. Doris thank you again for doing your best to retain a dying profession, "Customer Service" Job well done! We have went over 12 miles so far and my wife and I are truly happy with choosing Jasion as our ebike. Now, constructive criticism, only in the website advertising. The promotion items "free" should not be listed along with the "add item buttons", just a suggestion. Maybe, my age dont clarify to well, lol! The bottom line... We love our ebikes and we know we love our customer support from Jasion. ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way, keep it up!

I had an issue with shipping and Jasion explained the issue and offered me a solution for my trouble. Now that's customer service. Great bikes and easy to assemble.
Jasion Product and Support really bad
We purchased EB5 Roamer package. One of the bikes had E30 error. I worked with customer service 7 days after receiving the 2 bikes - they sent a cable to repair the E30 issue and still didn't work. I asked to return it a get refunded - they refused stating it was past the 14 period. My initial contact was after 7 days it took over 3 weeks to get the cable that didn't fix the issue. I decided I have lost trust in the company and wanted my money back. Still no progress on issues or refund.

I ordered two bikes from Jasion Bike in June of this year for my wifes birthday in July. Both bikes were out of stock and came months after I ordered them, missing my wifes birthday. One of the bikes works fine but the other one does not work at all. I immediately contacted Jasion Bike and they have been giving me the runaround for months. They had me trouble shoot several things and then they said it was probably the motor. They tried to send me a new motor, but it was out of stock and took months to arrive. When it showed up, they expected me to be a bike mechanic and get the new motor and wheel installed. It was not easy, but got it done, and it still did not work. I reached out to Jasion Bike again and they said it may be the controller so they sent me one of those. Miraculously it was in stock and I figured out how to install it but again, the bike does not work. They keep trying to send me little parts and pieces to fix this bike that is clearly not working. So I asked for them to send me a new bike and I would return the broken one. Their response "we are sorry you are outside of your return window". I am only outside of the return window because the bikes and the motor arrived late and they have been sending me down a rabbit hole trying to fix it myself. DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND SCAM ARTISTS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I received my new Jasion Thunder ebike very promptly after placing my order. The bicycle was packed very well. Assembly was easy and very intuitive. The quality of Jasion's product shines through. Riding is so much fun. Smooth with plenty of power. I would reccomend their product to anyone. Just a great product.
