Hunter Pro eBike
I ordered two of the Hunter Pro eBikes, a blue one and a black one (definitely like the blue color more, if I had to pick one). This is my first eBike purchase and I am very impressed with the style and quality. They are well built. They are a bit heavy, but from talking with friends with other brands, they are no heavier than other brands.
I have put just over 50 miles on the bike and I have had no issues. I like the electronics, the screen is easy to read in daylight, and the lighting is great, along with brake lights and turn signals. I am learning about the PAS function and I like that I can pedal the same and the different levels of PAS can help me keep a constant speed. Very impressed with my first eBike purchase.
On a side note, I spent about 2 weeks researching and reviewing eBikes and had called Jasion 3 times during those 2 weeks to ask multiple questions. They were always willing to answer all my questions. There was one issue in the order that I noticed. Before I could even call back to let them know of the issue they had found it and called me about how they were going to resolve it. I was impressed with that level of customer service so early in the process.
Would recommend that Jasion be high on your list of quality eBikes.
Good experience here
I have had my Jasion Mountain bike for almost a year now. And I have had no problems so far. Battery holds a full charge and still goes about 20 miles an hour .I'm old so I don't peddle as much as I should. I know I didn't buy the best and most expensive bike they have but with a little time for routine checks I see myself riding the bike for a long time. I have seen some reviews about teenagers having problems.this is not a toy to be jumping ramps and tricks. Going 20 miles an hour I can't stop on a dime. I've had three spills, none of which were the fault of the bike. I share the road with cars and trucks and I always give them the right of way or to go first. Most don't pay attention especially at 4 in the morning when I go to work. All told I enjoy my bike
TitlePoor Quality – Computer Error After Just One Week and Ongoing Problems
I’ve had the EB5 Romer for just 6 months, and it’s been nothing but trouble since the beginning. After only one week, I got a computer error code on the display, and things went downhill from there.
The lights stopped working, the throttle broke off, and the display continues to show errors that make it impossible to rely on the bike. Most recently, the chain broke during a short ride — completely unacceptable for a bike that's supposed to be reliable.
I’ve barely put serious mileage on it, and yet it’s falling apart piece by piece. I reached out to customer support multiple times, but the help I received was minimal and unhelpful.
For the price, I expected something much more durable and better supported. I can’t recommend the EB5 Romer to anyone. Save your money and buy from a more reputable brand.
Love our new bikes
Love our new bikes, our order came very quickly and they were easy to put together and start enjoying. They are built very sturdy and the ride is comfortable, suspension is great. Would recommend to my family and friends.
Good quality bike fun to ride.
I purchased 2 of the EB5 Roamers. One for myself and one for my husband. They came very quickly and were easy to put together. I love the fact that there were several colors to choose from. We got the green one and the blue.
The quality of the bikes are great and they charge well and fun to ride. We both enjoy them and glad we purchased this brand.
I only have one issue and that is with my back tire. For some reason it is wearing out fast and weird. I did contact customer service and they have helped me out.
I have been pleased with their customer service as well because when I have sent an email their response is very prompt by the next day.
Enjoying the bike
Bike has worked well although the back tire wore very fast. It is also very heavy so you don’t ever want to run out of charge.

Received my EB5 Roamer quickly and in great shape. Assembly was fairly quick and easy with online instruction video. So far, so good. Test of time will tell me more about its longevity.

My EB5 Roamer ST arrived with 2 items damaged in transit. I emailed Jasion Customer Service and was promptly sent 2 replacement parts. I am very happy with the performance of my bike and the customer service provided!
X hunter bikes
These X hunter bikes have been great so far!! Durable, reliable, they have great distance. We have not found anything we don’t like so far. The company has responded promptly to all questions and met our needs. Highly recommend.
Adaptible to sailboat or rv travel
Just got back from a sailboat cruise on Lake Michigan. I recently purchased two EB7 ST bikes from you. They fold in half and were stored below deck on a custom built platform. Your bikes preformed well and are a great deal of fun to ride. It is amazng how much distance I am able to cover in a 30 minuit ride. The bike is very well built. I like the wide tire treads. I feel safe on the various terrains from paved to grassy. The throttle control seems intuitive and I often use it in the #1 pedal assist level to take off.
Great ride and amazed at battery life
I bought my EB5 Roamer ST almost 2 years ago . I live in Foothills in Colorado with many hills, I have had limited rides due to surgery I had, I finally got a good long ride 2 days ago and it was wonderful, 18 miles with hills and still had 3/5 of my battery left , I am a small 250 lb person so I am really excited about the fact that I can go on extended rides and not worry about battery life .

Not only is the Jasion Hunter Pro a thoughtful design and very user friendly to operate! It has a powerful motor, smooth ride with adjustable suspension. We were extremely impressed with the packaging with the right amount of pre-assembly. We were able to follow instructions to assemble and adjust the parts not pre-assembled with ease. We reached out to customer service to assist with some questions about comparisons between models and we were very impressed with the quick, knowledgeable and friendly help we received! We are 59 and 60 years old and these bikes and Jasion Customer Service did not disappoint! 5 Stars all around!
I really like my bike
I really like my bike. I actually purchased two, one for me and one for my wife. They were here within about a week and fairly easy to put together. I look forward to riding it more but so far it’s been a great experience. I have about 11 miles on it.

DO NOT BUY
Save yourself the stress and DO NOT buy from Jasion Bike. If anything goes wrong, they will not stand behind their product or their customers. I have done everything on my end as a consumer — documenting the defective bike, sending proof of return, and following their instructions. They, on the other hand, have dragged this out for months with an “investigation” instead of simply returning my money. Their customer service is unprofessional, unhelpful, and dishonest. They take zero responsibility when things go wrong, even when the evidence is undeniable.

just to put it short and sweet. I ordered 2 x hunter bikes with 2 baskets on June 10th. July 8th, I got an email they were on their way. July 15th, I received 1 bike nothing else. I then received an email saying my order was delivered. i emailed them on this and was told the second bike was coming from a different place and would arrive in 3 days come to find out the shipping label was made that day it had not shipped yet and it was coming from 1 state over the other bike came from the east coast and I'm on the west coast. so, bike came and still no baskets at this time they said they would send me 2 phone holders for my inconvenience. 7 days later I get the baskets no phone holders. we go back and forth on this they keep saying there on back order. they then offer me 2 saddle bags if I give them a good review. This is August 18th and still no phone holders and I'm still told they don't have them. if they offered me something for a good review what's to say. just saying. be wary when dealing with this company. I'm not one to be bought and if I didn't have to pay for the return postage, I would send them back.
My front forks do not lock properly
My front forks do not lock properly. This causes the handle bars to warble. It does not seem secure while riding. Other things on this bike work well.
Great Experience
I purchased a combo Jasion X Hunter and a Jasion EB7 2.0. These are awesome bikes, and we could not be any happier with the quality and customer service.
Response to problems is inadequate!
Ordered a bike on July 30th. Jasion responded very well and shipped the equipment the same day. Expected delivery in 3-5 days. FedEx tracking picked up and updated on the 2nd, 3 days after notified it had shipped..
Aug 5th I was notified the first package of the shipment was delivered. It was immediately clear it was delivered to the wrong State. It was the same address but in a different state. I immediately reached out to Jasion to try and redirect the bike to the correct address. I do not believe this was given the priority it deserved. Needless to say FedEx delivered the package and claims to now be out of the picture.
I again reached out to Jasion about shipment. Another 2 days have gone by and there has been no action taken. This is unacceptable. Even the homeowner where it was delivered to has contacted us to let us know it is there. There is no investigation needed.
The ordered shipped Confirmed by FedEx and Jasion, was delivered to wrong address (confirmed by FedEx and Jasion) reported to FedEx and Jasion by myself, confirmed delivered to wrong address by the homeowner and informed Jasion by me. This bike is very important to someone in our family. Jasion was picked because the bike was in-stock, had a good price and would be delivered quickly. This disaster could have been rectified if a response had been made when the problem was initially reported. It was not appropriately responded to and is still sitting at the wrong house 3 days later.
Maybe that is good enough for Jasion, or you the reader, but it is not for me. This is one of many reviews to come. Get me my bike asap.
