I bought myself an EB5 Roamer for Christmas. It's a good value for the money -- I love the way it looks and feels. I assembled it myself with no difficulty. When I encountered an issue with adjusting... See more

Response to problems is inadequate!
Ordered a bike on July 30th. Jasion responded very well and shipped the equipment the same day. Expected delivery in 3-5 days. FedEx tracking picked up and updated on the 2nd, 3 days after notified it had shipped..
Aug 5th I was notified the first package of the shipment was delivered. It was immediately clear it was delivered to the wrong State. It was the same address but in a different state. I immediately reached out to Jasion to try and redirect the bike to the correct address. I do not believe this was given the priority it deserved. Needless to say FedEx delivered the package and claims to now be out of the picture.
I again reached out to Jasion about shipment. Another 2 days have gone by and there has been no action taken. This is unacceptable. Even the homeowner where it was delivered to has contacted us to let us know it is there. There is no investigation needed.
The ordered shipped Confirmed by FedEx and Jasion, was delivered to wrong address (confirmed by FedEx and Jasion) reported to FedEx and Jasion by myself, confirmed delivered to wrong address by the homeowner and informed Jasion by me. This bike is very important to someone in our family. Jasion was picked because the bike was in-stock, had a good price and would be delivered quickly. This disaster could have been rectified if a response had been made when the problem was initially reported. It was not appropriately responded to and is still sitting at the wrong house 3 days later.
Maybe that is good enough for Jasion, or you the reader, but it is not for me. This is one of many reviews to come. Get me my bike asap.

I bought the X Hunter Pro Already have the electric 2.0 day and night different more comfortable brakes are also , great motor also is pretty powerful .. ...the only downside is the key under the frame sometimes is kind of pain to find the spot other than that great bike .
Bought my wife one and I loved it so bought myself one
So I bought my wife one of these bikes about six months ago and we travel all over the country biking. She’s had absolutely no problems at all with it it’s got lots of power and I liked it so much I just sold mine and bought one of these just last week. I absolutely love it. First time out the pedal fell apart and could not be repaired so I had to buy a new one I sent them a copy of the receipt and they credited my credit card right away. That’s what you call great customer service I highly recommend this company and these bikes he will not be sorry with the performance and quality. Thank you Jasion
The Jasion X Hunter is a game-changer
The Jasion X Hunter is a game-changer. Smooth ride, powerful motor, and the fat tires handle any terrain like a pro. Battery life is solid, and it looks sleek too. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Watched a few videos on you tube about electric bikes and came across the Jasion X-Pro from fellow campers. Never thought I would own one, but I ended up buying two! These bikes are amazing! My wife and I ride them all over town daily. I know there new to us, but they are built well, a little heavy to fold and put under the bays of a motorhome but we make it work.

You are left to your mechanical/ electrical knowledge to fix this bike. No local bike shops will touch the bike. Email support take 2 weeks to reply back.Information they provide makes no difference.

Dangerous Product & Dishonest Business Practices
I purchased the Jasion RetroVolt Electric Bike, and within one month, the rear motorized wheel cable snapped and back tire detached mid-ride, causing my husband to fall and sustain injuries. The failure also damaged the motor and electrical components, leaving the bike completely unusable.
After reporting the issue, the seller contacted me off Amazon (against Amazon policy), where they initially offered a full refund or replacement bike, only to later walk back that offer and start shifting their story and timelines. They promised a replacement wheel by August, then said July, and then refused to commit to any timeline at all. They also refused to send the refund they said they would issue.
To make matters worse, they sent me a bogus return shipping label through Amazon, which didn’t actually allow me to return the bike properly. This forced me to jump through additional hoops to submit an A-to-Z Guarantee claim just to get this resolved.
I have had to document everything myself, forwarding all off-platform emails into Amazon chat to keep a paper trail. This has been one of the worst post-purchase experiences I’ve ever had, and it's especially concerning because it involves a product that could have seriously injured someone...or worse.
Avoid this bike and this seller. If safety, honesty, and proper customer support matter to you, look elsewhere.
Jason eb 2.0
Company got me the promised product. Well made and works great. Even when the shipping was a little late they communicated well. The product is well priced and performs well. Spent a lot of time researching with a budget conscious mind set. Decided to take the plunge on the eb/ 2.0 and after assembly and charge up, I can say the bike has plenty of power to get me around. Very fun to drive . Suspension helps cushion the ride as well.
Black X-Hunter Bike
The bike is awesome. It was better than what I anticipated. Definitely will buy another one for my ol lady.
2 X Hunters
Absolutely love the 2 X Hunters my wife and I got. Trail, street, or track riding, these bikes can do it all. Also customer service is great and can help you with any problems you might run into.
Hello my name is Joey I purchased a…
Hello my name is Joey I purchased a jaison Ebike this month and I will say one of the best investments I made everyone online will say this ebike is slow not fast but thats far from the truth this bike depending on weight and terrain you can achieve 28mph I normally get 25mph there are some cons too ill list after the horn is nice and loud light in front is bright the front suspension is awesome majes riding a breeze the tires are nice an fat great over all terrains wouldn't recommend off roading the bike is very high pedaling is hard thats a con the throttling doesn't last longer than 20 to 40 mins depending on how fast you go if your throttling at 5 the entire time expect 20 min ride depending on weight and terrain overall bike is great.
Great bikes. 100% worth the price
We just got our 3rd Jasion ebike 2 x hunters and just got the x hunter pro. We are RV’s and these are great for us especially to use around the campgrounds, instead of renting golf carts. So they basically pay for themselves over time… space is always also an issue and with these folding in half it really helps to save space in our truck bed. I did have a small issue with our first xhunter and when I contacted Jasion they resolved the matter within a day and shipped the extra part right away… My only complaint is… I wish they offered the x hunter pro in the green color (eb7)
Travelers
We bought our ebikes for when we travel in the RV. They are easy to load, comfortable and fun to ride.
Delivery was quick and assembly was very easy to set up.
We love riding them!

Amazing Value!
I've have a few months now and really enjoy it! Because I mostly just ride casually I will be upgrading the seat. I let my kids try it out and they loved it, they both couldn't believe what a great deal I got and will be buying their own 😊

Jaison EB5 Roamer E-bike, great quality & great value!
I purchased a Jaison EB5 Roamer E-bike as a second bike for when friends and family visit. What a great value this bike has been. I keep one bike at home and one bike in my downtown office. I love this bike for quick trips around town to avoid the traffic conjestion and parking hassles of driving. What realy impresses me in the 5 speed levels for powerless driving, good use of throttle management!
Sorry, but I had a lot of problems with this one . . .
A little background to help understand my perspective; I've been a 12 speed bike rider for over 50 years, just recently moved miles away from my favorite park, and decided that an ebike would make the uphill trips back to my park easier. I shopped around, read reviews, liked what I saw regarding the Jasion EB5 Roamer--especially the affordable price--and bought it about 3 months ago. The PROS: it was relatively easy to assemble, charged up within hours, and it did make my first (and only, so far) trip back to my park effortless going up the hills and inclines. The CONS: 1. contrary to the image of people just jumping on the bike and taking off, it actually takes a great deal of adjusting; you have to remember that once you turn it on, it automatically goes to PAS1 (pedal assist) and so the slightest movement of the pedal will send the bike surging ahead--with or without you! It happened to me once, in my first week of ownership--and I know I did NOT touch the throttle. Yet the bike sped forward on its own, with me surprised but trying to hold on. Ended up both of us taking a nasty tumble. So I learned DON'T turn it on UNTIL you're firmly seated atop of it, and even then, keep the brakes on. 2. It is very difficult to navigate SMALL turns with the PAS at 1 or above as the bike tends to surge with any crank of the pedal. Again, I've had to adjust (from 50 years of 12 speed biking) to remember to keep it at PAS0 if I'm on the sidewalk and trying to navigate between pedestrians. 3. The thumb activated throttle is horrible. No nice way to say it, sorry. It simply has no discernible degrees of progression. The slightest pressure makes the bike surge forward, usually with more speed than you want or need. A grip throttle, I am told by more experienced riders, is the way to go. 4. The original seat is not very comfortable--which becomes quite noticeable when you hit a bump. Unlike the front wheel suspension which is excellent, the back wheel seems to have very little ability to absorb shocks. They go right up your spine. 5. The distance from the back of the seat to the center support of the handlebars is about 1 to 2 inches SHORTER than on my old 12 speed bike. This explains why I am always in the 'passive' sitting mode (on the ebike) rather than the more dynamic, slightly leaning forward position I was used to. That passive position, I'm very sure, affords me less control over the bike. 6. Speaking of control; another adjustment I've had to make with an ebike is that, unlike with a regular 12 speed, you can't afford to take one hand off of the handlebars to adjust your glasses or wipe your face because the constant surging of the bike makes it unstable with only one hand on the bars. 7. This may not be entirely the bike's fault, but I got a flat about 6 weeks after purchase. I patched it and it blew out again a day or two later. I bought two new inner tubes, and both popped within two days of being replaced. The company was nice enough to send me two more, no cost, and they also went flat within days of each others. All and all I ended up removing the rear tire SIX times in just two weeks of biking! Again, maybe not the bikes fault, but definitely detracted from the experience. 8. The control screen is fine in the dark, but when the sun is out the glare makes it very difficult to read no matter what position I turn it to. An anti-glare cover would help a lot.
