Jas & her services were recommended to me by a friend from an Admin team I am on. Previously, we were fighting other Minecraft server hosting services to keep our server up in the first place. But Jas has been as kind as she has been professional, & JS has easily saved us hours of fighting strangers in tickets for basic answers.

I've already looked at the 1-star reviews for Jas & JS, & to say I'm disappointed with these folk is an understatement. One review uses the wrong pronouns, another is from someone who never used JS in the first place. If anyone is looking for someone with both basic respect & a respectably professional demeanor, it's Jas.

I’ve been working with Jasmeow for over two years now, and my experience has been consistently positive.

If you approach them with patience, respect, and understanding, they’ll return that energy tenfold. On the other hand, if you come off as entitled or arrogant, they’ll call it out and honestly, I see that as a strength. Self-awareness and accountability are key qualities in any professional relationship, no matter how high up someone is. Everyone should be held accountable.

They do get quite busy at times, especially when handling critical issues like server outages or unresponsive systems. So if your issue is less urgent (like my current website domain configuration), it might take a bit longer. But they always get back to you, usually faster than expected, even while juggling dozens of clients in a day.

I’ve reached out to Jasmeow before with problems that were technically outside her scope, and she still went out of her way to help.

Her pricing for monthly maintenance is fair, scaling appropriately based on your network’s size and needs. She consistently finds ways to support those willing to work collaboratively.

Overall, Jasmeow is dependable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about helping people, as long as you approach the partnership with mutual respect.

We swiched over from another server host and honestly I've never been more satisfied with the constant work put into keeping things going. There's good communication and we're helped whenever we ask for help, even with the most basic things. Pricing is fantastic and honestly I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

Very unprofessional and just extremely rude. Ive been a customer for a few months, paid her hundreds of dollars and was always polite, and once i parted ways i simply asked for my server files and she said “i have them but youre not gonna get them, you should have downloaded them when they were available”. She wanted me to pay her 80$ just to get these files, which i refused of course.. Always seems to give attitude for even the simplest of questions, and god forbid if you dont know something she will get angry with you and say “its common sense” then give you an attitude. unreliable on timing. I asked for help moving my minecraft server and she slept in until 5 mins before the grand release; mind you it was a big server, and said “overslept woops”. The one thing il say is she is knowledgable and helpful. Il give an honest review, but its just not worth it with how rude and just evil she is. She is gatekeeping months of hard work from me, just because i wouldnt take her disrespect anymore and parted ways. She will def respond to this with some crazed story that she convinced herself of, but bottom line her behaviour is nasty and just rude. Very deluted and will not admit when she is wrong

I ended up using their services for far too long, and it was an absolute nightmare. The person in charge is unbelievably rude whenever you ask questions or seek assistance. Instead of helping, he just goes off on long-winded rants and bashes others. I had the misfortune of putting up with this for four grueling months. Please, do yourself a favor and think twice before using their services.

Did a middleman service to buy a server but instead was greeted with hostility and a mean demeanor. I had sent a huge chunk of money, which was then used by Jas for travel. I eventually got refunded all the money I sent except $25 due to "transaction fee" even though Jas never did a transaction with me. So not only did my money get used when it was supposed to only be meant for a transaction, but I also lost $25 for no reason. Never using this person again and a HUGE devouch. I hope everyone who sees Jas's services turns the other way.

Since then I've used her for almost everything, such as Minecraft installations, setting up plugins and overall all things I couldn't figure out myself.
