Well but slow.
Service was very good when referring to quality! Everything was done perfectly, no issues. However, I gave the service 4 stars because of the time to completion - it took a bit much to get my problems completed.
Overall, the waiting time could improve.

The hosting company where I have my VPS…
The hosting company where I have my VPS couldn't fix a problem in 16 hours (created 5 tickets and I called them twice). Jasmine fixed it in literally 2 minutes. Huge vouch, highly recommend to work with her!

Reliable and Recommended
Jasmine is kind, reliable, and has a good sense of humor. Jasmine isn't the type of person to just take your money, do the job and then leave. She will give you advice on how the idea can be improved. Jasmine can get distracted very easily which means it can take a long time to sort issues. However, if the issue is urgent she is able to prioritize you to minimize the effect it has on you and your business. Overall I highly recommend Jasmine for all your System Administration needs.
