I purchased a black jumpsuit and a white skirt I received a jumpsuit in black that was not the one I purchased it is clear from my invoice picture and a white skirt was extremely short with no label of size insude. I ask them to return the items and they would not respond to me, I’m stuck items I didn’t order. Impossible to get a hold of anybody there to return these items. No reply time and time again. Quality of their products is very poor. Would never order from them again.

Horrible. I ordered dresses that goes to my feet. The dresses I got barely went to my knees!! Lol. Glad I ordered thru PayPal. I can get my money back. A scam company!

Scam. They sent a different dress from the one I ordered and won't respond to email or the form on their website after I made numerous attempts to have the issue corrected. There is no other way to contact them. The dress that they sent was a cheap, see-through piece of material that looked like an apron. It couldn't even be worn. I paid a lot for the dress that I never received.

Do NOT order from this company. They sent a completely different dress than what we ordered and are non responsive to any communication I have had to return the item. I have tried to contact them numerous times. It is a total scam and I’m super frustrated!

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a very expensive purchase of a beautiful dress, and what I received in the mail was an extra small carelessly put together piece of nylon fabric. One sleeve is longer than the other, and the hem was not sewn. I’ve sent an email to the company every day, asking for return instructions, and have received no reply.

Ordered 1 dress and 3 weeks later received 2 dresses - neither of which looked like anything I ordered and the 2 dresses were in Shein packaging.
Emailed customer service - did not hear back!
Shady Chinese site - do not purchase here!!!!!!

Stay away! I ordered a sweater and something felt off as soon as I completed the purchase. I googled the name and found this site (wish I did that first—had no idea this is based on China). I immediately contacted customer service to cancel. I then tried to stop the pending charge on my credit card (praying they got no money from me). I proceeded to contact customer service for the next 3 days with no response. About 7 days later, I got a notice that my item had shipped (from a random gmail account) so I replied to that and added customer service that I requested to be canceled. Now 2 weeks later I get another email that package is delayed in transit and I should contact the shipping carrier. Thankfully my credit card company has removed the charge.

I did not order from this website and I was charged and sent a bathing suit. I have no idea how they got my information. Tried to reach out to fix the issue and noone will respond.

I received something I didn't order and it doesn't even look close to what I purchased. Do not order from facebook or instagram ads they are all from china and they make it difficult to get your money back, they want you to return to china even though you didn't order from china knowing the cost of return is greater then your purchase. Now I have to fight them for a refund, do not trade with jassie line.

I ordered clothes at the very beginning of June and paid for the fastest shipping ($18 for 3-10 day shipping) and I still haven't gotten my clothes (it's August now). I reported this transaction as fraud to my bank as soon as I read all of the reviews and realized that they weren't going to contact me back. I finally got my money back, but I will NOT be buying from them again. It's a complete scam and they don't reply to your emails if there's an issue.

The only reason I’m giving them a one star is because you have to click one in order to write a review. Honestly idk how they’re still in business. Actually I do they are robbing people. I ordered an article of clothing for my wife 2 months ago and have never received it. I wrote multiple emails that went unanswered. I couldn’t imagine a company ran any more poorly than this one.

Absolutely terrible company. Placed my order over a month ago and still have not received my items. My card was charged instantly but no one responded to my emails. I dont understand how this company can still exist by stealing money and not sending items. I would tell everyone I know to NEVER order from here!

Horrible! I ordered one item over a month ago. I still have not received my item or any correspondence. I am very unhappy.

A month later no romper, no response to my emails, money just gone. UPS says my tracking number can not be found. Negative stars given if I could. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Horrible customer service still waiting 60 days later for my stuff to ship from China. I have left voicemails and emails and have heard nothing. My order has advisor twice from the same facility. Do not order from this website!!

Ok I’m freaking out right at the moment reading these reviews I have no got a response back from anyone and I leave for vacation on March 8th and my swim suit still isn’t here I don’t know what to do☹️

F***ing scams, email these people for my order status several times no response..
Charges my credit card on January 18, 2020 and my order was never sent, it now February 23 rd 2020.
Deserved no star if I could do that
