SCAM company

SCAM company! Took my money in an instant but never shipped anything!! It’s been a month and still nothing - no items and no response to my repeated messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I will report them wherever I can until I get my money back.

The clothing is very low-quality Chinese drop shipping Quality. They understand The dispute process and its obvious they have a lot of practice because the clothing quality it’s probably as bad as it can get. Do not purchase from them.

Chinese drop shipping Junk. I tried to return it. I disputed it with my credit card company they disputed it with them also. Do not buy from them. They are scammers and rip offs.

Complete rip off!

Complete rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Ordered a sweater which shipped from China and took a month to get here. Item looked nothing like the picture or as described. Sizing was inaccurate as well. Tried emailing their customer service several times to get a refund and return the item and never heard anything back. Now having to dispute the transaction with my bank.

TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY - PLACED ON ORDER ON 12/30/18. ORDER STATUS ON THEIR WEBSITE SAYS IT HAS BEEN "FULFILLED" .... ORDER TRACKING SAYS IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN A CHINA MAIL CARRIER SERVICE SINE 1/9 /19 - I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES VIA THEIR EMAIL WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!!!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please don’t buy from here. I purchased a jumper at £30 - so not necessarily cheap in comparison to the high street. The item I received beared absolutely no resemblance to the item I ordered. Having emailed numerous times they did not respond. I am currently trying to claim through Paypal.

Purchased a "One Size Fits All" It…

Purchased a "One Size Fits All" It didn't fit-more like a petite/small. Sent 3 messages for return and credit instructions in a weeks time. NOTHING! Very POOR customer service. Purchase at your own risk and be prepared to be ignored if it doesn't work out. Will donate item to Goodwill.

You guys suck big time. No responses to email. No tracking number giving. Took the money out of my account right away. If there was away to report the for fraud I would. Pieces of crap if you ask me!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a dress and it was terrible quality, I tried returning it and I could not as they never responded to any of my emails and they did not even include a return label. Do not buy anything from Jassie Line unless you want to waste your money and never get a response from them.

I bought 3 swim suits from this…

I bought 3 swim suits from this company. They did not fit, and I emailed the company to try and return them. They responded once asking if I wanted a different size. I said no because I had bought two different sizes to see which fit better. After that, silence. They will not respond to me. Horrible customer service. I am out a good amount of money for items I can’t wear. Never again will I buy from them.

Still Waiting with NO Response...

I placed an order on April 1st for 5 dresses. These are bridesmaid dresses for my wedding this summer.

I have received NOTHING about this order and it is April 16th. We paid in full for this order and the price came out of our account April 4th. According to their processing/shipping time. Our order should have been processed April 4th, and I should be receiving all the items by this Thursday (3 days from today)

I have emailed this company every single work day starting April 4th and have received NOTHING from them. Not even an automated response via email. I attempted to Skype them today because this order is important and paid-in-full. The called was dropped the moment I hit send. I feel VERY uneasy about this site and am in awe that people can take your money for an order and not send a confirmation, receipt, tracking number, order description, or a thank you for supporting their business.

If I receive this order in full, I will do another review and hopefully my tune will be sweeter. If you are debating ordering from this company, I would encourage you to find a company with a phone number and an email where their name matches their site (Jessie or Jassie???)

Do NOT buy from them!

Have sent 3 emails to company to return waaaay to small of swimsuits even though I ordered L and XL but no one will respond so I can return their swimsuits and get my money back. Do NOT buy from this company.

Very satisfied

I have ordered several times from this company. I have been very pleased with the items. The prices are great and the quality are decent when you compare to the price. I have seen similar items at astronomical prices so I appreciate that these are copies at a price I can afford. If you are in a rush for an item I would advise don't order from here but if you have patience, it's a great place to purchase!

Horrible Quality and non-existent customer service

My order took forever to arrive but that was expected. I ordered an olive trench coat that is the lowest quality garment I have ever even seen. Horrible thin material and poorly made. The dress I ordered was insanley small and I even ordered up in size just in case it ran small. I tried to return the items, emailed them four times with no response. My advice would be to steer clear of this shop. Save time and money and buy straight from the low quality made in China wholesalers directly.

SCAM

On Feb 19, 2017 I placed an order on JassieLine.com (newly created Lillycloset.com) and thought they had great deals. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my full order. The company said shipping would take approximately 6-22 days and I didn't need my items until March 18 so I assumed the time frame would be OK.... I was wrong.

Processing was supposed to take a max of 4 days but to my dismay after 5 days I never received a shipping confirmation. At day 10 I received shipping confirmation and at day 18 I received the package. Unfortunately the package only had 3 of the 6 items I ordered.

I contacted the company 20 times by email, once a day every day, and I finally got a response on March 30. They told me, "I'm sorry you are not happy with your order. You can either return the items, and pay the shipping cost, or keep the items and take a 45% off coupon to LillyCloset.com." I just want to know where the other half of my order is!

Never Received My Order

I ordered a swimsuit in early January and have yet to receive it. My credit card was charged and I was sent a tracking number, but the tracking number says that it is still in China. It is now the end of Feb and still no order. I have emailed the company with no response.
Take my advice and do NOT order anything from this company!
