This company is a big fraud. They don't get the tickets but charge your card for tickets. The refund is not happening.

So here's what a lawyer friend told me after I talked to him about getting scammed by this company. They offer discounted prices, claiming that they can get the cheap price because they purchase in bulk (ask, you'll see). But you won't be able to get your ticket until 24 hours before your flight. What they do is they book your flight using a credit card that they have on file from another customer, booking the flight 24 hours before it leaves. If the card passes through without being flagged, the customer gets on their flight. If, however, as in my case, the card gets flagged (maybe it had been cancelled, likely the credit card company flagged a questionable transaction, whatever), then you have a flight booked but with a bill that you have to pay at the airport. Not the cheap cost that you got online, but whatever the going price is for booking a flight the day of, essentially. My flight for four of us was about $935 from JAT, saving me maybe $120 if I had booked through Expedia like I normally do. I ended up paying about $2000 at the airport because we had to get on the flight to get to my father-in-law's funeral. Stupidest decision I've ever made. You'll never get your money back from JATTravel. They will claim to have a manager call you back in 15 minutes but you'll never hear from them. Fortunately I contacted my credit card company and told them about the scam and apparently they investigated it so I didn't end up paying the $935. Don't be so cheap to trust this company. If you see any 5-star reviews, they are the lucky ones (or JAT is doing their own reviews). But beware, even if you successfully get a cheap flight from them, they now have your credit card and will try to use it to book a flight on some unsuspecting customer. Everyone needs to stay away from this company and put them out of business! Those of you lucky enough to get out of it with a cheap flight, don't write a good review and encourage others to try it!

Be careful this is a scam!! Don't be fooled by their prices. I thought I purchased a ticket for $62. The email I received was just a booking number. When I read the reviews I realized the mistake so I send a cancelation request right away. They tried to take more than $ 862. How come they appear with other booking flights websites like a legit website???

Well, the price for one thing it was very very reasonable. And Martin was very patient with me. I was constantly calling him asking him questions and you know I was worried, but he just handled everything so nice and calmly and my ticket was there when he said it would be. I had no problems whatsoever. I went to visit my grandson and I came back. I would definitely recommend them. Give them a try you’d be surprised.

Biggest scammers. Buyer beware! Our cc has been compromised since speaking with them last night telling me he was an AA rep.

If I could give 0 reviews, I could. The guy on the phone, Martin kept delaying the deadline of when I would receive my e-tickets and EVERY TIME it would be delayed MORE HOURS OR EVEN A WEEK?!!! Absolutely hell of a business, they suck, they never answer their calls and barely respond to emails. Buy real tickets from real websites, absolutely horrendous experience couldn’t sleep for a fkn week

I bought a ticket and they sent me someone else's itinerary I can't reach them on the phone and I'm supposed to fly out tonight I called frontier who I'm supposed to fly with and they don't have my name the number says 24/7 but it's like it answers but no one is there crazy

I bought a ticket for 129.00 to get to Arizona cause I have to start my job on the 25th. Well they sent a receipt but never gave me my actual ticket listen to all the negative reviews cause now I gotta find a way to AZ

I DO NOT understand why people are calling this company scammers and leaving bad reviews. I recently used them to buy 4 round trip flight tickets from Denver to Miami. Not only did they find the best prices for me (they literally saved me thousands of dollars), they made sure we were all seated together. They were also able to change one of the flights return dates due to a family illness. Dario was absolutely amazing and every single time I called or emailed they made sure to transfer me directly to him since he was the one I was dealing with. I'm assuming the bad reviewers lack the capability to handle flight details.

They are scammers- I purchased a ticket never got anything from them , neither was my calls picked. they need to be investigated -they shouldn't be doing this to people.They called me to authorize my payment with my credit card and they sent an email to authorize the payment.

Everything that was said in the reviews are accurate, I am a victim too!!! NEVER deal with this India-based catch and bait beasts!!!

Never process ticket booking, the website is somehow broken for checking. no one pick up the call over an hour waiting from their hotline number.

My Bank reported a transaction fraud, beware!!!

They took my money I had saved for my Austin trip to see my daughter I did report them with fraud department I got a fake ticket with Alaska airlines logo from them

12:30am 07/31/2024 I received an email indicating that I have a flight from Austin to San Francisco departing on the 31st on flight 535 I just called Alaska airlines they have the name wrong they have my birthday wrong and it's not even a traveling agency they told me they buy tickets with their personal account on Alaska airlines website. Don't have a travel agency #

They do this they pay for the ticket and they cancel the last minute and your stuck at airport after jattravels
cancels your flight to get my money returned

Great customer service this is the best travel agency in united states they had cheapest fare in the market I used this agency several times and John attend me He was very polite on call Thank you so much for making my trip awesome

They stole my money for my birthday trip in Miami I can’t believe god let this happen right before my 29th birthday worst birthday ever I hope all those Indians get karma this is sad I will never trust again
