Do NOT book anything with them! They are NOT a real company. I booked a flight in Dec paid with my card in full for a flight in May. I never received any flight itinerary with my name. Delta has no... See more

I purchased a ticket for my son and I…

I purchased a ticket for my son and I received a call stating I had to pay extra for fees. I refused and the agent processed the payment for the price advertised. I was told my eticket was going to be emailed to me and I never received it. I called multiple times trying to reach someone and had no success. I am going to go on all my streaming platforms and share my horrible experience with this company.

Bait and Switch

It's a bait and switch operation.
The web search with TRAVOLIC provides you with a very competitive price from JATTRAVELS, but unfortunately that is the bait. Those tickets do not exist and when you call to inquire about their pricing scheme they try to sell you a more expensive flight, meanwhile you've lost time and opportunity to purchase a less expensive ticket with some other web site. Their scheme is going to cost me an additional $1800 at this point in the game to purchase the 2 travel tickets.

Scam!!

Scam!!! There is no customer service! I tried making changes and got routed to a third party that demanded my credit card number and $250 to make a change! This was within 24 hours of booking through jattravels. They were very aggressive and threatening. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and purchased tickets with Delta directly.

Scam "travel agency" - STAY AWAY from them!!!

Beware, travelers! If you cherish your sanity, your money, and your precious time, steer clear of this sham of a travel agency. My recent experience with them has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

I booked what was supposed to be a simple round trip from Detroit to Miami for my family. Little did I know that I was signing up for a rollercoaster of frustration and disappointment. Everything seemed fine until it was time for our return flight. Lo and behold, it was canceled without a shred of explanation. I tried reaching out to this so-called agency, only to be met with the echoing void of unanswered calls. It's like they vanished into thin air, leaving us stranded in Miami with two bewildered little ones and a lot of unanswered questions.

The cherry on top? When I finally managed to get through to someone named Jazz, he promised to help find an alternative flight and even gave me a "direct number" to reach him later in the evening. But guess what? That number might as well have been a portal to the Bermuda Triangle because it led me nowhere but to the abyss of unanswered calls.

So here I am, stuck in Miami, wasting my time, money and frantically searching for a way to get my family back home. All thanks to the incompetence and deceit of this so-called travel agency.

In conclusion, if you value your peace of mind and the integrity of your travel plans, do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a travel agency like the plague. They're not just bad at what they do; they're downright fraudulent. Consider yourself warned.
