Be very carful when you buy from Jauce…
Be very carful when you buy from Jauce , the sellers promote the real thing then send you through Jauce a fake it has happened twice now . Jauce don’t even check just charge you for packaging which is nothing ! And if you complain they don’t want to listen
5 star company
Couldn't be happier with Jauce.
Their communication right trough buying and posting is top class.
Their packaging is second to non and faultless.
5 stars from me all the way 👍
Asked to withdraw my balance and broken items
Asked to withdraw my balance, Jauce staff said refunded but three weeks, still no refund of my money to my Paypal account. Then item shipped was damaged. Jauce refused to refund money, claiming after four weeks I needed to return to them at my charge, and wait. Once you send them money, its a 50 percent chance you will get your item.
Good service
Good service, and very useful for EU territories that have been banned by Yahoo Auctions. Not the cheapest, maybe not the fastest but the customer service works well. Also take into consideration that customs and taxes will make a delay in your delivery process.
It has been 10 business days since I…
It has been 10 business days since I ordered a shipment and it is still “processing” (meaning it still hasn’t left the facility since they recieved the package 10 business days ago) and my other shipment that finally just shipped has an invoice for shipping that is 13k yen less than what I was charged by Jauce.
Not a bad beginning everything went well
As good as it gets.
For proxy buying from Japan there are many options out there but this one is the best overall. I've never had a problem related to their part of a transaction in hundreds of purchases. Sure there are lots of little fees but it's Japan. Regardless, the value and service is definitely there. If you think the little fees are frustrating, try buying something through another of the proxy shops and then have them tell you it can't be shipped out of the country after it arrives at the warehouse. (buyee) Or that a tiny container of glue means it's a "restricted item" and they don't even place your bid. (japan rabbit). Or they pack something expensive in leftover scrap plastic and it gets smashed on the way to you and fedex weasels out of the claim as they always do. Experiences like that will redefine the word frustrating.
At any rate for pretty much anything, and especially bulky, fragile, high value items Jauce is the best there is. The shipping team is very professional, they know what they are doing and use good boxes and proper packaging material not leftover trash. Moreover they are constantly trying to do better and are very responsive to feedback and suggestions.
Crashes constantly
Crashes constantly, or you get auction pages which suddenly aren't available, which is great fun when you are trying to place a bid in the last few minutes. Lost 4 items today because their website kept crashing. Tried different computers and browsers - same thing. Utterly awful experience, their website is truly lousy.
I love Jauce
I love Jauce! As a record/CD collector, it is my favorite place to find out-of-the-ordinary albums, 45s, CDs, and memorabilia. Shipping is always impeccable.
Became Addicted to this site.
After purchasing a dream car from Japan and needed so many aftermarket parts. I discovered this site and quickly become addicted to it.
I must admit though, I don`t agree with the way things are done and the so many imposed taxes BUT it is what it is and I will carry on using it till I finish kitting out the car.
Today I have received a big box from them and it was quick and very well packed.
Jauce my favourite forever.
It’s always a pleasure for me buying stuffs from Japan through Jauce. Never had any problems so far and will continue supporting Jauce in the future. Love from Malaysia.
So so and depends on your budget
Not bad place to purchase items from Japan, great and fantastic packing service always surprising me best quality and how safe items arrive.
Downside, too many fees like:
- fee for transferring money via PayPal
- fee for won auction
- fee local delivery
- fee for warehouse and packaging
- VAT
And omg it’s just omg for price. Fee fee fee fee and fee
And it really drains your pocket and makes super expensive. Even you choose cheaper option delivery and it still super expensive. Items might be cheap but when it gets to your home price will go super high.
So service great, packing great and safe but other things I described and also when you try to communicate with seller via Jauce web “good luck” seller never ever answers your text message.
jauce is taking care of each good…
jauce is taking care of each good shipped from Japan, i never got a problem with them. this is a high rate recommandation
Items Never Received
I purchased items, paid in full and then paid for express international shipping. My items never arrived, lost somewhere in the transport system. There is no accountability and my emails to Jauce are now ignored. It's been 6 months and just no after-sales service
Excellent service
Excellent service - repeat customer
So easy to use and navigate - transparent service with cost shown
Only downside is UK import duty but that’s a UK gov tax
first time customer
my first time being a customer, will not be the last!

cant wait to buy again <3
My first experience using this service
My first experience using this service. The quick delivery and great updates with the service made it a great experience.
Packaging was the best I have ever had, proper care went I to protecting the items.
Wrong item sent no way of getting a resolution
Had used JAUCE for ten years then one day I got sent the wrong item and didn't have a leg to stand on,JAUCE customer support is only there to protect the seller I'm out of pocket hundreds of dollars and can't do anything about it.seller had listed the item stating it was for a specific model of car and I received something that was totally different and then was unable to return it or get a refund, will never use JAUCE again
Great service
I'm working with JAUCE company for more than 14 years, using their services hundreds of times and I had only ONE bad experience with packing. I'm very happy with the comunication, the information on the site where everythnig is explained, the taxes, the fee's, the shipping method and packaging.
I've read some very bad reviews and almost everyone are claiming for situations that JAUCE is not responsable. We are not buying from JAUCE, we just ask JAUCE to deal with packing and delivery. If you receive a diferent merchandise, not JAUCE responsability.
Some years ago I sent a Kaizen sugestion and some weeks latter they put it online. This is a true Japanese company, the way I know Japanese people.
Thank you for your efforts to help us get the goods we need! :-D
