As someone who has been selling here frequently for a few months now, it is extremely simple to sell items here. With the integrated shipping labels automatically given to you once sold makes it a piece of cake!

And yes I have ran into my fair share of problems as no marketplace is perfect. But the support is extremely fast, efficient and helpful!

I opted to sell a GPU directly to jawa rather than sell P2P, and it worked smoothly, though it seems the process is pretty manual at the moment -- there aren't any status e-mails for when the payment is meant to be processed or when waiting to get a shipping label, so you're sort of in the dark and if something does go wrong I don't have as much confidence it'd be easy to figure things out.

My complaint IS NOT against the seller, Thomas was great. My issue is with Jawa. First I was forced to pay 100 dollars for 3 day shipping, but Jawa paid UPS for 5 day ground shipping. That’s not what I paid for. Secondly, the choice of UPS or USPS. They both suck, and FedEx should be made an option for everyone.

In conclusion, if I’m paying 100 dollars for 3 day shipping, I expect Jawa to pay for 3 day shipping, not a rug pull and making it 5 day shipping to increase profit margins through a lie. Secondly, offer FedEx.

I was treated unfairly on this website. I sold my unused graphics card on this website. I had tested it before shipping and used a secure package. When the customer received the graphics card, he claimed that the graphics card was broken. I sent an email to jawa official for help but they did not respond. This low-quality website even charged me a 9% handling fee.

I usually don't write bad reviews but this was a very disappointing experience. I bought a computer on this platform that was claimed to be brand new, but I don't think the computer I received was brand new because I found scratches and dust on the exterior of the computer, which didn't look like a brand new one. Also, after booting up the system, it ran very slowly and the system often froze. I will definitely not buy anything on this website again.

Great prices with buyer protection. Item arrived fast and well packed.

This is a terrible shopping experience. The accessories I bought from this website are not working. I sent an email to the customer service of the website for help, but they did not respond to my request. I feel very helpless. I never buy anythings from this website again

jawa.gg is a scam website. The computer I bought from here was marked as brand new, but the computer I received was not. I also saw a lot of very old accessories marked as brand new. This is a way to deceive consumers. The customers of the website are also rude and irresponsible. They shirk responsibility when problems arise. They only care about making 9% jawa fees.

An easy purchase, clear expectations around testing and response. The only reason it's a 4-star instead of a 5 is slow response to a dispute I opened, and subsequently discovering there is no way for me, as the person who opened the dispute, to close it.

All in all, an excellent purchase experience, though.

Loved the quick communication when I had questions and I found the packaging extremely good for the product I ordered.

Claims to ship worldwide, yet I cannot enter my country in shipping and billing addresses.

Such a great place to get a PC or components from! Especially their verified sellers! They're very communicative and helpful and their customer protection policy is wonderful!

The site is very well laid out and the support and updates on the shipments were great.

I wasn’t really thinking too much when I made my first order from Jawa. Few orders were fine but my last one was motherboard that I paid about 180 USD. Since I was away for work, the package arrived and 48h money back guarantee has expired. Once I opened the package, motherboard socket was completely destroyed and unusable. I tried contacting seller but Ofcourse he is denying so I ended up with bricked mb and lost 180 dollars. So be very careful when ordering from this site.

I heard alot about jawa.gg from lots of youtube creators and ads and when I was looking for a 6800 gpu for price range bit couldn't find it anywhere I checked jawa and bought it. I believe in a few days I received my gpu in perfect condition and works (I say and works because before jawa I had ordered one on ebay and it was just a horrible experience) but overall the customer service/quickness/ and overall experience with jawa.gg is a memorable and unique experience and I'll definitely be returning

Ok, so I accepted an offer from Jawa.gg for my Gpu's I was trying to sell, and to say I was nervous would be an egregious understatement. I had anxiety bad, but it was only because I hadn't ever done anything like this before. As a matter of fact I may be wrong but I don't think I have ever heard of another Business, having a program like this. I could be wrong but i just don't ever remember coming across any other offers like this from other businesses, but i digress. I was nervous, and very worried that I may never hear from them again. However, the professional, helpful and reassuring Staff at Jawa.gg (Thanks Ryan) were super nice and very fast to answer any questions I had concerning the procedure. So , it was pretty much painless, and Straight forward. I am 99% comfortable telling anyone that you have nothing to worry about with this company they give good offers and they sell and allow other to sell great PC Parts, and stuff/you will be dealing with a very legitimate and customer focused company, I will not hesitate to do any other kind of transaction with their company. Whether you're buying or selling I am sure they will take care of your questions and concerns and make you feel reassured just like It ended up being doubly so for me.

Bought and got what I bought with almost 0 problmes

The whole purchase experience felt professional and safe. The items while not new, looked like new when viewing the ample pictures provided. I bought two Video cards and when they arrived (packaged expertly) they looked even better than the pictures. Super clean and functional as I found once installed.
I don't know what it is, but Jawa just feels cleaner and safer than buying through eBay.
