Surprisingly Smooth and Legitimate Transaction Experience
I was initially nervous about doing business with Jawa.gg since I had never heard of the site before. However, I decided to take a risk, and I'm glad I did. The experience was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how legitimate the platform is. The transaction with the seller/buyer was seamless, and everything went exactly as expected. I've started selling on JAWA this year and I have to say, the experience has been exceptional. JAWA has given me the chance to start a business and be part of a community the has the same values as I do. The level of support the JAWA staff has to offer is out of this world. So far a good experience, ordered an old GTX 460 just to be a display adapter for my server, easy process to order and mobile interface was decent
Shipping was insanely fast expesially for free. Product functions as intended. Only bad things is one of their "verified and official" sellers is selling those crappy little gameboy ripoffs selling with "300 games" of roms.

10/10, I would like to see a Australian version since I am Australian. But judging on everything I've seen, I would reccomend this website for anyone in the US. Really good second hand products, and good pre-built products. I like how easy the user experience is to find and get products.

Poor Planning
Partnered with LTT without having resources to handle the new incoming traffic so the site was all but inoperable for a couple days. Very poor planning Jawa. Also, buyers need more than 2 days after receiving an item to test it for the Jawa "guarantee".

Hi! In addition to the Jawa guarantee, sellers can select to offer longer return windows. The site downtime was due to a network error with our hosting service. While we planned for all the things in our control, that one unfortunately was not. Thanks for checking us out though!

I'm currrently upgrading my E15 Gen 2 thinkpad, i had 2,732 total price, with jawa, i was able to find the same specs for less and now my upgrade is 1,846 only!

Terrible customer service PC arrived broken and needed to be fixed since the inside of the PC had no Protection. Edit after about a month of back and forth and getting experts to look at the PC and send the quotes to Jawa they refunded me the amount for the repair
