I just can’t believe this level of quality workmanship and material; it’s above and beyond.
For the first time ever I didn’t need to worrying about doing alterations to the abaya, Alhamdulillah all of them were my size. I got size 50 because I’m around 4’11” and 5’0”.
One thing to note is that some abaya have pockets and some don’t, so read the descriptions prior to buying.
After trying out abaya from various stores and marketplaces, I’m so glad to have tried this store (best store compared to the ones in Canada)
May Allah immensely reward everyone who had a hand in the process.

The quality of these abayas and hijabs are amazing, well beyond what I expected for the price! It seems like Jawda is a brand intent on providing sisters quality and stylish modest wear at an affordable and reasonable price, unlike a lot of other brands in UK/America who seem to take advantage of our limited options and charge us a high price for poor quality clothes.

The customer service I received is some of the best, if not the best, I have experienced with a brand or company. I had some queries about my order and they responded so fast and were a pleasure to deal with.

I will definitely be back to order more abayas/hijabs in the future!

I ordered the batwing abaya and I must say I was more than impressed with the quality Allahumma barik. Nowadays a lot of businesses sell their abayas way too overpriced, and the quality simply does not match. Jawda genuinely exceeded my expectations, as I didn't expect the quality to be so high. THAT to me feels worth the price. As well as free delivery and free returns, you know this business is genuine about customer satisfaction rather than ripping us hijabi girls off! I am 5'5 and ordered two size 56 abayas, which were unfortunately a bit too long for me. Thanks to Jawda's straightforward returns process, I was able to submit a returns request with no hassle, and I will definitely reorder my size in different abayas. The quality of the batwing abaya makes it especially suitable for the winter months. Looking forward to more styles and ranges for sure! JazakumulLahu khayran.

Wasn’t the happiest with my first purchase but no worries, I was able to exchange it for an abaya more my liking. Jawda is responsive and attentive to the requests of their customers and their overall experience. Will definitely be purchasing from them again InshaAllah.

I love love love Jawda islamic store's designs, the clothes are beautifully made and are great quality. Jawda is now my go to place, many people stop me and ask me about my abayas. Whats great about them is that they are so comfortable and have little to no creases.I have bought 13 abayas so far and I will definitely be buying more. The customer service is great aswell, I spoke to the family that own the business and they were so helpful. They told me about the inspiration behind why they had started jawda islamic store and the story is so beautiful. Amazing! The quality on the abayas is unmatched, especially on the jumper abaya. Unfortunately I had to return an abaya due to size and they return process couldn’t have been smoother, the IG admin was very nice and quick to respond & helped me get my refund without any issues. Will definitely be shopping again once my size in in stock!

Absolutely love love LOVE this company, the customer service has always been exceptional and the products are amazing! I had purchased three different colours in the batwing style abaya and one black thobe. All of which were delivered extremely fast and made of high-quality fabric. The sisters have very good communication skills, and were very willing to help me with my queries regarding the purchase. I returned a abaya, and my daughter changed her mind as she needed it for her Eid outfit, so when I asked for it back they were very accommodating and I received it within two days. They made my daughters Eid amazing mashallah. The quality of the abayas are of very high standard. You can use them in the work place as well as events, which isn’t the case with other abayas in the market.

This has been the best business I have bought abayas from in a long time. The quality of the abayas is absolutely sublime and that’s nothing compared to the quality of service from the ladies themselves.

The customer service has been outstanding in trying to help me make my return, and offering fair solutions as an international customer. They have been so reasonable and generous. I received the Poet Sleeve Abaya in Sage, and masha'Allah it's the best quality abaya I now own! I love that the abaya material is quite thick (yet breathable) and not flimsy! The Sage colour is soooo beautiful masha'Allah 💚 and perfect for any season 🥰

First time ordering from Jawda and I LOVED the quality of their Poet Sleeve Abaya! Will defo be ordering more. Also was a bit of confusion (My fault) with the colour and it was sorted instantly and was offered a refund but no thank you please, I am DEFO keeping it :) The fabric was great quality, not at all see through or flimsy. Very very very happy with my purchase. Low key want to gate keep until I get all the ones I want first so it doesn’t sell out, but I won’t! Very happy with my purchase and customer service.

I’ve bought from lots of instagram companies before and the experience has been mixed. My last purchase from an insta page I wasn’t too happy, the abaya cost £60+ and the material was very cheap and flimsy. Jawda Store everyday abayas are less than £40 and the quality is amazing. I really can’t fault it at all, the material is just beautiful and it’s evident that a lot of time and effort has been put into sourcing good materials. I’m very happy with my purchase and I plan to buy many more in the future in’sha’Allah.

Nowadays it’s pretty difficult to find high quality abayas on the European market if you’re not heading to the emirates. Or you are like me not wanting abayas looking embellished like Christmas trees or are too tight, thin and wrinkly then Jawda is the right place for us pleasing Allah (swt) InShaAllah hiding our Awrah.
So I’m very happy to came across the Jawda Islamic Instagram site to have a peek first being immediately hooked and even ordered from abroad. The material is thick and not see through but still lightweight. I loooove their sage green batwing abaya, the color is a little deeper from its screen pic but lovely and exactly as I wished and selling like hot buns.”, like most of their items. The textured abaya is a bit thinner and perfect for summer, so for me personally I still would have an underskirt on. The black wing abaya is nice as well but a tiny bit different from its garment ( maybe it’s just me)😅 but it’s more soft and have a more wool like finish. Last but not least the jumper abaya In dark grey. Very thick and comfy fabric, perfect for colder days and autumn or at night. As for the sizing please ask the customer service for help if you re not sure and don’t want your dress under your shoes dragging the leaves and dirt with you by that bad weather here, I should go a size down🫣. Except you wear heels, that’s another story.
All in one I’m very pleased with the customer service and the shipping experience. I got fast and helpful replies and they seem to take their client to their heart with their concerns. I can fully recommend this establishment and hope they’ll keep up with their amazing work. It won’t be my last purchase on Jawda abayas.
