Bracelet exchange
I had ordered a bracelet and I realized once the order arrived, I realized it was a bit too small. I returned it to see if I could even exchange it for a bigger size. The customer service representatives Angel, helped me a great deal with the exchange process. He kept me up-to-date with things and even emailed me again once the product was mailed to me to confirm that I had received my product. I appreciate everything the company has done to help me with this experience.
