Where is my refund!

amazon pay confirmed you have never tried to even send me your refund which you blamed them, told me to open a paypal account which I have done and also provided my bank sort code and account number. I am taking you to trading standards if you don't give me my refund.

I have brought your faulty Fitbit on 26/03/2021 and returned back to you in April, can you tell me where my refund is? After 7 months of waiting when will I get this back???

At first to be honest I have no trust to this merchandise for my bose 700 headphones. The only thing is they haven't sent me a email confirmation right after I purchased it. However, they sent me the confirmation the next day and received my Bose 700 headphones after 3 days. Fast service but need to improve more for trusting issues like email, how's is my purchased item or return form if the item has an issues/damage. Overall great service!

My experience is similar to other reviews above. I ordered expensive Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones and when they did not arrive within the advertised time I contacted them for an estimated delivery date. They have ignored the emails sent and no-one is answering their phoneline. I have requested a refund of my order.

I was (like many others here) also skeptical at the start but these guys are totally legit. My order was a bargain compared to it's Amazon price. Jaycentre were responsive and delivery time was very quick. Nicely done.

Never heard about the company before. Was suspicious and worried, but product arrived next day even thought I did not choose to pay extra for express delivery. Product arrived well packet in very good condition. Did not use their customers services so can not comment on that. Also did not see a return form on my box that is why given 4 stars instead of 5.

Much like the below review, it feels like JayCenter is just scamming people. I ordered some headphones for a very substantial amount, that took me a long time to save for them.

These headphones did not turn up, even though I paid for 'Express Delivery' - JayCenter support advised me it was a 'mistake' that their warehouse sent it by 2nd class delivery instead of 1st class tracked, which I paid extra for.

Royal mail have since agreed to the claim and shown this item never arrived - I have emailed JayCenter Support and Sales multiple times to explain this and I have heard nothing back - they originally told me I needed to get a reference number from Royal Mail and they could complete the refund, which I had to wait 10 working days to do, with multiple trips to a depot.

Since getting this reference number - for over a week now they have not replied to any of my multiple emails complaining and asking for help. I do believe they are scamming people and taking their money.

I called their landline number, someone in JayCenter told me they would be back with me in 30 minutes, it's now been 4 hours. I'm so upset and angry with this company that they do not have the decency to respond to any email after they had already agreed to arranging a full refund for THEIR mistake of postage class and PROOF that I never ever received this item.

Bad company!!! I bought something 3 months ago on the tracking number tells arrive but I never got it the parcel! I ask all my neighbours and I try to find the parcel! Try to contact them via email never answer, open a case with Royal Mail, open a case with the bank and they don’t answer and do nothing!
Please please be careful buying from them!!! They are just liares and when you need help never answer to you!

I read some of the reviews and was sceptical. But I placed an order for beats solo 3, I didn’t opt fo express delivery and they arrived 3 days later, absolutely spot on service and quality product for the best price around. I can’t speak for other people’s reviews but my experience was top notch. Thanks

I was a little cautious about using this website but so far so good! Order dispatched within 24hrs and arrived two days later! Product exactly as described!

I had never heard of this site and I admit had my fingers crossed that my purchase would arrive.I think trust has to be earned when shopping online and I now trust Jaycenter to not only deliver on time but also without issue. Also have to mention they smashed the well known sites on price. I will shop again. Thanks

Ordered a smart watch worth £230 on 4th and it's been 4 days and still waiting (in transit) if you can't deliver some thing that small in four days, you are not doing a good job.

Bought my headphone on Thursday, arrive Monday morning.
Product is as described (totally excellent).
