I bought some bose headphones that supposed to come with extra accessories (stand and a splitter) the headphones arrived are are fine, but no accessories and no one reply to any of my emails. So if your goods arrive you should be okay but the customer service is poor

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased an expensive item from this company over a month ago that did not arrive. Despite accepting that both they and Royal Mail cannot trace delivery, I am left without a refund. I have been sent around in circles by their customer services providing all documentation from Royal Mail that they have requested (and having had to make multiple trips to the local depot to do so). Despite this, still no resolution and as the customer I am left chasing.

An absolute shambles. They use Royal Mail 2nd, presumably in an effort to save costs, rather than using a reputable courier service.

AVOID.

They are the worst

They are the worst. Sell you products they don’t have and after 6 weeks i have my refund. I am glad i paid with paypal. Imagine if i paid with my debit card

I got a really great deal

I got a really great deal from Jaycentre, it was my first purchase and I was a little wary regards what level of service to expect, but had a really pleasant surprise; the service and communication was excellent. Well done, will definitely shop here again!

I am extremely worried because I got…

I am extremely worried because I got notification of a refund being processed for a high amount on the purchase of a laptop which had been delayed and the refund has not yet been paid nor Jaycenter replies to my requests for an update. I think I’m going to file a money claim against Jaycenter if the refund won’t be paid back in the next 5 working days. It is the most concerning experience online. The laptop was a present for our child who did well at school and we saved the money right for this present for a long time. It’s very sad if Jaycentre is a scam. I urge people to be very careful please. Thanks.

I sent several emails to the email you mentioned below but no reply and no sight of my refund in my bank account as yet.
I truly would appreciate if you could actually reimburse me as soon as possible please as this is hardly saved money to buy a laptop for my child who’s has been working hard in school to receive this. Thank you in advance. Arianna

I have now received my refund back today 16/6/2021, so thank you Jaycenter for following this up, it's a great relief. However, if I am allowed an additional comment, this type of experiences leave customers somehow 'traumatised', especially if
the amount involved in the purchase is higher than average, due to lack of communication and updates which signal a possible scam. This in turn may make you lose customers as for example I do not feel comfortable enough to shop with Jaycenter again in the future. I wish you can improve your customer service and your admin side soon so perhaps may rethink shopping at Jaycenter. Thank you again. Kind regards, Arianna

After contacting my colleagues, I was informed that your refund was already issued.
Depending on the method of payment, the refund will be credited to your account in 2-5 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. It often takes some time to post a refund.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact via Email.

Great product, great prices... if you can wait for it.

I would recommend buying from here as the products are genuine and in perfect condition so you can't argue with the prices.

However, I ordered this macbook and paid for next day delivery because my old mac had up and died that same day.
After 3 days with no sign, I emailed Jaycenter and was told that due to COVID-19 it would be delayed and I would not receive it until the next week (literally 7 days after I placed the order). This was difficult for me as I needed a computer to work, but left with little option, I accepted it. 7 days rolled around and still nothing, I emailed again, and was told due to a 'logistics issue' it would be delayed another few days. At this point I was desperate and felt like I was being scammed. I sent a strongly worded email expressing my frustration and was told that they would speak to the warehouse in the morning and try to get it shipped the following day. The next day I was notified that it had been shipped and I received it the following day.

All in all, a very stressful experience due to me being without a computer for a total of 9 days as opposed to the 1 day I assumed when I ordered from this website. If you aren't in a hurry for your item, them I would recommend, as the products are legit and the price is very competitive, but if you need it within a certain timeframe I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
I would have given 3 stars if the company had contacted me prior to any of these delays to update me but they didn't, they only informed me about them after I chased them up.

Big thumbs up - genuine

Not a big review writer but bought a Garmin HRM Pro at a price ca 25% below other retailers. Well wrapped, arrived in good time, genuine product. I'll definitely check back whenever I think a product I need might be sold by them. Big thumbs up. (I also think it's a nice touch that you can tip their staff!)

Spot on service

Item ordered - Fitbit Versa 2. Excellent service. Quick and easy with no problems, and the best price I could find anywhere. I will definitely use Jaycenter UK again.

Shipping delays due to high demand

They claim on their website that orders are processed in 3-5 days, and the shipping days count from the date the order leaves their warehouse. I acknowledge this information is readily available, and I also read that they don't keep you updated on the delivery status, so I waited 4 days after placing an order (>£200). But on Day 4, I started to get worried (I had only received one email, the order confirmation, and no other updates at this point). So I emailed their customer service team. Kudos to them, they replied very quickly, but what they said wasn't reassuring: due to high demand, the shipping was delayed until the following week. I find it very strange that they did NOT contact me earlier with this information. It's even more strange that when I asked for a refund, they offered to ship it to me as soon as possible using expedited shipping. I opted for the refund.

I would've given them 1 star, but their customer service team was actually super responsive, and the refund process was smooth. If they revise their workflow and keep their customers more up to date, I would try them again.

Never again

Item arrived as described, but they essentially offer NO returns policy. I have emailed and tried to call numerous times to no response. Horrendous customer service.

Update: After writing this review I got an immediate response from them (shocking, I know). I was informed that I could return the item but a minimum of £15 would be deducted from the refund had it been opened in any way. The maximum they can deduct is completely down to their discretion. I'm not sure how they're getting away with this but apparently they are.

Best price I could find for the item. But it is definitely legitimate and it arrived undamaged. A small question about something, but there was no problem afterwards, so probably being quite professional about it. Thank you!
