Ordered a pair of Sony WH-1000XM4

EDIT: After an initial period of slow responses, they started providing updates often on their claim against Amazon Logistics regarding the missing delivery. They have just issued a full refund whilst they still undergo a lengthy claim process with Amazon Logistics, which was greatly appreciated. Updated rating to 4 Star - Would be 5 star but the lack of customer service over the phone left me initially very uneasy.

Ordered a pair of Sony WH-1000XM4. They provided a tracking order with Amazon logistics. The order states that it has been delivered however I have received nothing. Emailed Jaycenter for advice on the order and received a prompt response saying they would investigate. Since that email it has been silent for 3 days, answering none of my follow-up emails or providing a simple update. If someone answered their phone number at the bottom of the page it would be a bit reassuring. Worrying how helpless you are to contact them. Hopefully they are just busy and i can update this review on how they came through at the end.

Ryzen 9 5900x

Bought the incredibly rare Ryzen 9 5900x at retail price. Was too good to be true, but it wasn't. Received the item which was legit and worked perfectly.

They even sent a faster shipping rate to help me out in a pinch.

Would buy from them again!

5900x for (almost) MRSP!

Ordered a 5900x processor, was initially a bit wary due to the relative newness of this site, but order arrived quickly and even better the price was reasonable, which is more than can be said for some other sites!

Communication was great and everything went smoothly

Fully recommend!

Disgusting

*Warning*: They’re a dissolved company operating Illegally, I am not sure if a lot of these positive reviews are real to be honest.

Disgusting. I ordered a Ryzen 3700x and apparently the parcel got lost in delivery and that they’ll send a new parcel which I never received any confirmation for nor any tracking for, I tried to solve the issue as best as I can as a customer, I thought it’s a small yet newish company I’ll give them some extra time, all I wanted was confirmation with a new tracking number. So there was no communication established, when I filled out a PayPal dispute, the company instantly refunded me, no apology, no nothing, so you took my money and held it interest free.
I think they’re robbing Peter to pay Paul personally, I wanted to have a new company in the tech world but this is not the one.

Skeptical at first but happily proved wrong!

I like like a few others, jaycenters pricing seems too good to be true. But in this case it absolutely wasn’t. Brilliant service, quick delivery, well packaged, quality product and the best price around.

I bought some Sony XM4 headphones and jaycenter just smashed it with the pricing. Hopefully they just continue to build the brand and maintain a high level of service!

Great choice of smart watch

I love my Fitbit ! However I have struggled to access my heart rate on Strava (not sure if that’s Stravas issue or fitbits 😬)

Comfy, loads of info, can just start running and it’ll pick it up as a run automatically after 15 minutes of my run ( if you run/ walk or any kind of exercise shorter than 15 minutes and you want it to automatically pick up your exercise you will have to change the timer settings which is no issue at all) or you can just start exercise on your watch before you start the exercise lol

Battery life is class !

I am very happy with my Fitbit,

I'm glad I took the risk

I was initially sceptical as I'd never heard of Jaycenter and the price for the Sony XM4s was around £70 lower than other retailers, so it seemed too good to be true. I decided to risk it and place an order and I'm glad I did! Communication was excellent and I received the product within 2 days with no hassle. 10/10 - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality electronics at low prices!

Great experience - Sony WH-1000XM4

Ordered Sony WH-1000XM4 on Sunday evening and they arrived two days later - really impressed and the price offered is incomparable. Thought I'd leave a note here as this seems to be a relatively new company and I wish them all the success going forward.

I ordered the fitbit versa 2 for my…

Update-Jay center have been intouch and have offered me a full refund. As soon as this process I'll move this experience to a five as the customer service via email has been quick and polite.

Original post-I ordered the fitbit versa 2 for my sisters birthday 5 days ago and pay an extra £10 for a faster more secure delivery and yet I'm still to get any updates on if its even been shipped and its her birthday in a couple of days. I've tried to contact the company several times via phone this morning to resolve the situation and the company arnt answering their phones dispite stateing they have 24 hours support. I want to find out what's happening or if I can get a refund if the items are out of stock so I can buy elsewhere as that's the money I had saved for her birthday.
Communication and support is lacking via phone contact yet I see they've been responding to people on here so Jay center, could you please inform me how I can get intouch promptly to resolve this situation.

8 days and item still not posted

Im giving 1 star as i actually still haven’t even got my item and im being asked to review my experience. In fact im pretty sure they haven’t even posted it yet. After purchase I waited 48 hours with still not receiving any order confirmation, so i emailed to ask if there was an issue. I was told and i have to say very bluntly that the item was out of stock and “they didn’t expect it to be sold out either” I found this pretty poor service as it stated on the website that it was in stock. Its been 8 days since purchase and I honestly don’t know wether im getting my watch or not. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here as you’ll probably have to wait two weeks to get whatever it is you’re buying.
