I ordered something that they didn’t have in stock but it said they did when I ordered it. Was not made aware of this until days later.

Poor delivery
The wrong item was delivered to me and it was sent without any padding or protection in the box. It was sent in a box too big for the item and I'm sure it was rattling around during shipment. For electronics I can't imagine the damage that is done on a regular basis with this careless shipping method
