Great Service
Received great service from Jay's Travel. Having visited the travel agent to enquire about flight prices and availability for my family holiday,I was greated by a team of friendly ladies who did their best to find me a great deal for 3 flights . Great service and friendly staff . Having booked my flights a couple of hours later got all my details and e-ticket emailed to me. Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and polite staff
Very helpful and polite staff. No issue at all they kept me informed all the way throughout my journey. My flight was changed on the way back but They informed me and rebooked all for me within few hours . Will definitely use Jays Travel and recommend to all family and Friends.

Friendly and polite. Failed to book seats as agreed.
Very polite and friendly. We agreed that seat would be booked for the flights, but the were not. We left messages on the main line and personal phone and nobody got back to us. Must live up to promises made!
