I stumbled upon Jaztime while looking for J i zztime.com, but stuck around because I'm a huge jazz fan. Unfortunately, this website has nothing to do with jazz or j i zz, and when I asked the owner why he was lying to potential customers about the purpose of the site with a name like "Jaztime", he told me to suck him from the back. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?!?!

Such as unprofessional business. As you all can see how he responded. “Go &$#&($ yourself” sure but can’t do it with your wife hahaha. Also selling 80% real watches and 20% fake one won’t help you. Time to report you on BBB

All the bad reviews almost made me second guess buying an authentic Rolex Daytona from them. Resale market for these time pieces are crazy. Having to pay over 2.5 times retail is not for everyone, and with so many high quality fakes out there it's risky business. It takes a lot of trust to wire large sums of money for a watch that there's no assurance can be produced. (I'm talking about you Watch Rapport)

End of the day I have no regrets giving Jaztime my business because they were able to deliver as promised quickly and worked with me to save me money. Like someone else wrote just do your research and know what you want and be ready to pay so you don't waste anyone's time.

I haven't bought anything from them. But interacted on couple of watches. Extremely arrogant. No proper information. Zero professional attitude. Others have echoed the same.

Very disrespectful guy that works there. They agreed on a price and then decided to change their minds later at the last moment before payment would be made. Call to discuss what happened and the guy used a rude tone and hanged up the phone without explanation! Stay away from this business because they will either try scam you, be indecisive with pricing, outright rude with assisting a customer. The little boy working at this store needs a lesson in manners and need to stop being racist! SCAM SCAM SCAM store!

After reading reviews (Jaztime recommended-ha!), I still felt they might be worth a try, but after three bait and switch attempts at the time of purchase, I bailed. Thank goodness, as I found a better watch at at better price and was treated like a loyal customer... Fancy that!

Let the buyer beware and be forewarned about this sham business...

Is the most unprofessional pair of people I've ever tried to buy a watch from hung up the phone on me and then texted me that they canceled my oder. I have bought from several reputable online dealers like Chrono twenty four and Swisswatchexpo never with an issue this guy called me lied to me and then hung up the phone don't ever buy from these guys. Now he replies that I tried to negotiate, he is a liar...all I wanted was an assurance that the watch was authentic...read the other reviews on this guy, mentally impaired. He keeps adding bullcrap to his lies, all I asked for was an authenticity document that he says he provides on his website. The man is a pathetic liar. Please don't buy from a scammer. Anyone has questions please don't hesitate to call me or email me. 904-479-5971. By the way he uses a Google phone number to disguise himself and the crazy girl who called me wanting a deposit via credit card, but when I asked I couldn't pay for the watch using a credit card...sounds like a scam. call him and judge for yourself. I have more $$$ in watches at home than your fake store. And most of your reviews are awful loooooooser

Very unprofessional and obscene online staff, 0 stars if it was possible. I sent multiple emails today, trying to simply acquire the year and a cash price of a 43mm Sea-Dweller 2-tone. It seemed simple enough, but they would not answer my questions. How difficult is it to answer a customer!? After I commented that I would be making negative reviews based upon my experience, I received the above response. Thank you for proving my point!

As reflected from their reply, this is a group of adolescent clowns fronting as an online gray market dealer. They ramble on and on, yet still fail to answer the question of what year a watch is. JazTime jaztimejewelers @ gmail.com there's phycological help for your disorder. I look forward to sharing my stellar experience with you, every chance I get on the forums and social media. Please reply again, so the world can observe your obtuse ignorance.

Also, in full disclosure, this is the original email...simple questions, but I guess replying back with numbers is hard.
"Good evening, I'm inquiring about a 126603 and see that you have one listed one your site...was curious of the year (2019 or 2020)? What would be your cash/wire out the door price, shipped to TN"

Go to Bobs or just about anywhere else.

I was told I needed to give him a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $700 to just make an appointment to look at two watches.

In addition, not only did I have to pay a deposit but he didn't even have the watches "at this location" so I was told I had to purchase the watches in order for him to collect the watches from wherever they were.

So, basically, a pay to play scam alongside having to purchase something in order to see it. Massive red flags.

His reply to this will probably say all that needs to be said, though. Doesn't look like he takes criticism well.

Cue the "this is not even one of our customers" or a "fake review" but what purpose does anyone have leaving a review of a business they haven't interacted with. My intent with this review is to confirm what other have been saying. Stay away.

Zero stars here’s an email exchange with jazz time what a completely crazy person this business is. Honestly scary in business at all. This is a real email exchange because I told them I sold my watch elsewhere. :

He is ignorant, inarticulate, and you can tell he has a limited knowledge of English. Spend your money somewhere else.

Anyone who talks to past, present or potential customers like that does not deserve to be in business.

I rated this 5 star for the amount of jokes I have had reading all of Jaztimes replies to the bad experiences from people telling People to stay away & how dreadful Jaztime is. I’m so happy I read all the reviews before daring to purchase a watch from this devilish site. P.S I’m waiting for your reply grabs the popcorn

I was looking for a Rolex Batman, going their number on Facebook. Some kid answers rudely and was short and impatient. All he said was just go on website and read the FAQ. I felt like I was bothering him. This is a big ticket item, I didn’t feel I u can trust these people
