I had previously purchased a Gold DayDate2 from these guys and was inquiring about possibly trading in for. Daydate rose gold. They gave me a lowball offer of 32k when they were selling the same watch on their site without the diamond dial which I have for 38k. I understand you gotta make money but they were trying to steal my watch. Not to mention they were selling the rose gold for 42k. I realized these guys are just brokers and don’t have possession of the watches they list on their website. And to top it off, the owner was very arrogant and full of himself. Sounded worse than a used car salesman. For someone who spent over 30k on previous purchase, you’d expect better service

I just had a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order on their site for a Polar Explorer 2. I received a confirmation of the order and called to get the wire transfer instructions. The person who answered asked for my order number then said they do not have the watch I ordered, a Rolex with Box and Papers for order #104956. I asked how that can be, that they do not have the watch I purchased on their site. He said he does not have that one, but does have a black face. I said I wanted white. Then he offered to fulfil the order with a white Explorer with no box or paper for ONE THOUSAND DOLLARD more. I said I was not interested and this seems suspicions. The then started cussing calling me all kinds of rude things.

They sold me a watch they did not have and wanted to replace it with a lesser watch for more money and I am the one who gets cussed out? Extremely unprofessional and very shady business. Spend your money elsewhere.

Recently had interest in a 40K plus Rolex that was listed in inventory on website. I requested a couple pictures of the actual watch. I was told in order to receive photos I would need to wire full price of watch. I questioned that practice and owner got very rude . I would recommend finding another watch dealer, someone that really appreciates your business

Case in point.... no responsible business owner would treat a prospective client this way. At no time did I ever mention using a credit card for payment. I simply requested a couple of photos of the actual watch. Best of luck with your business.

Bought AP 15450 blue dial. Some people here are upset because Ken is "to the point". I like that. I had researched the watch before and he specifies that only if you are ready to buy, you should reach out.

I wanted the watch before a trip and he had the best price and was the only dealer available to guarantee a prompt delivery. A+ in my book.

Tip: do your research somewhere else, buy from these guys if you like the price.

You may want to waste your time and get worst time to get your watch there. You may not even like your watch any more because the rubbish service comes with it.

Called to inquire about a watch, wanted additional details, and had purchased a watch from them in the past. They were very curt and rude to me over the phone. Maybe they should consider treating their repeat customers with a bit more kindness.

Worst people to deal with, I just called to get an appointment and they were rude I can't imagine if I actually went and don't trust Yelp or Google reviews they pay these companies to keep there ratings

Seriously the rudest people I've ever met. So incompetent. I would never give them my business, paid $400 more just to ensure that I didnt feel like I was begging to give them business.

Awful experience with these guys, don't use them. Are not friendly, I was doing research to buy 3 rolex watches and this guy hung up on me when I asked a question. Use someone else.

Jaztime will make you feel like they don’t need your clientele. Emailed them politely with 3 legitimate questions about a Rolex i want to purchase. All the answer i got was “wire only” two words??? Two words?? I can just imagine what’s gonna happen if something’s wrong with what you spent on your hard earn money. Rude & poor customer service! Find other place for your peace of mind. Stay away before you get ripped off!

Excellent service and expedient delivery. Ken was very knowledgeable, forthright and extremely helpful. I will absolutely use Jaztime when making my next watch purchase.

Kens Communication was outstanding from my initial call, to my watch arrival. This was my first purchase with JazTime and definitely not my last.
I traded in my Rolex Explorer for a Rolex Sea Dweller. I put faith in all the fabulous reviews. I sent my watch to JazTime and paid the difference for my new watch, that takes tremendous trust. 2) Price listed on site is $21,799. Any room for negotiation?
3) The 41mm APs tend to be a little too big for my 6' 3/4 inch wrist, in the event that i think the 37mm is too "small" for me, is it possible to return and purchase a 39 or 41mm AP from you?

And thats it! 10 words is all got for a 22K watch! No contact name, no answers and didn't even need to make a sale i suppose.

Completely dishonest watch sellers.

Background: Purchased a US$50k AP Royal Oak Chronograph in Rose Gold from Jaztime. When it arrived, I realized all they did was drop shipped from another dealer and charged an additional US$2k on top of the invoice. No problem, as I understand that's how they make their money.

However, one of the pushers was stuck and not working. So I called them immediately, took pictures, took videos, and sent it to them.

They said no problem, they will deal with it.

Only, when they got back to me, they told me to send to AP for warranty. So I did.

AP then tells me that the pusher was not a warranty issue but that someone had banged the pusher.

Of course, I told Jaztime this. Their response after a week of no responding? Pay for it yourself. They never verified that the watch was in mint condition (which I had purchased a brand new watch), and told me it was my fault, that I didn't know how to use AP!

I have 5 AP watches and never had these issues!

For spending $50k, this is the level of service.

I am out $5k because I bought a watch from Jaztime.com

Don't do it, and go to other reputable dealers. These guys are a joke, they don't stock inventory - in other words, you'll find cheaper prices and better customer service from everywhere else.

Not sure how someone who deals in high-end watches can treat customers who spend so much money like that.

Go to Jaztime.com if you want to be ripped off. Don't be fooled by their videos - they are only there to help them appear trustworthy.

Update: now he calls me a ret**rd publicly? You didn’t send...you had another dealer send it to me. So don’t lie, it’s time for me to post that also. DO NOT BUY FROM JAZTIME.

This is my second time using Jaztime and without hesitation in my opinion they are one of the best:
From clearance of Bank funds the watch was delivered half way around the world to my door in 4 days.
Packaging, contents all correct no surprises or eyebrow raisers, courier number was sent immediately on despatch which made tracking the item a breeze with DHL.
Fantastic service can't thank you enough.
