JazzHR just got WORSE

5/25/26: Recent UPDATES have MADE IT WORSE than ever! Without notifying us, they have concealed SIXTY (60!) historical job postings stored in the system. This was 2.5 years of work GONE. Poof! Plus, EVERY MONTH on billing day, they also routinely LOCK us OUT of our account before even trying the credit card on file. What the heck? Goodbye JazzHR.

Avoid JazzHR at all costs

Avoid JazzHR at all costs! They will auto-renew you for a year without your consent and will mysteriously add additional "features" that you've never used and then lock you in to those features until your renewal period. We can't even hibernate our account until the contract period is over supposedly because of our subscription limitations. This company is a joke and way too expensive for the quality and quantity of candidates you will receive.

Predatory Plan Charges

We have been a JazzHr customer since 2021. Our experience over the last 2 years has been horrible. They have made it very difficult to cancel or change plans siting small print in contracts and 30 days notices that are never responded to. The contracts are auto-renewed each year without signatures. We notified them in Oct. that we wanted to downgrade our plan and were told we could not until July. We asked for them to make a note for renewal. No note was made, no notice of renewal is ever given, and even if you do they claim it's not recorded in their system and there is nothing that can be done. They have predatory practices with upgrading plans when you go over in just 1 month, it will permanently keep you at that new higher level without telling you. When you do notice, they will then tell you they cannot downgrade you until your year is up. BTW, they will not let you know when that is, they are too busy to notify you of that.
Wait times for support calls are 2 to 3 hours, tickets go unresolved for days and then they will tell you they have tried calling and emailing you for days but cannot provide any proof of those calls or emails.
I don't know what happened to this company, but I would never recommend them to another business again.

We're Done with JazzHR!

We've been JazzHR customers since 2022. At first, the pricing seemed attractive. But we've since learned that the lower cost comes with a HUGE hidden expense of endless headaches.

The data migration from Lever was completely botched. Our historical records were dumped into the system with no structure and to this day they remain unusable. The platform itself is confusing, rigid and frustrating for everyone on our team. Even our interviewers don't enjoy using it.

The real breaking point though, was the customer service or lack thereof. We were auto upgraded to a more expensive tier recently without warning. When we protested, the pointed us to their "Terms of Service" and said we couldn't downgrade until the end of another full billing cycle. Escalating to senior reps did not help. Responses were slow, canned and borderline dismissive.

Avoid this product. You deserve better than a support team that hides behind policies, auto upgrades your plan and then tries to gaslight you into paying. Oh and asks for you patience because they have over "21,000 customers". And also, kindly requests you don't follow up as it creates duplicate tickets.

I had a very bad experience with…

I had a very bad experience with JazzHR. They don't care about resolving customer issues. I was having issues with my account and not getting candidates and despite asking for help multiple times - it was of no use. They have made it super hard to talk to some one on customer support. The emails send automated replies.
After trying it for 2 weeks and being very dissatisfied with the services I asked them to cancel my account. Then 2 weeks later they charged me again for another month because I needed to give them a 30 day notice.
Honestly I feel ripped off. I've found much better success on other sites like Jobsoid and Breezy

I signed a yearly contract with them

I signed a yearly contract with them, and for my first 6 months I was getting constant applicants, and so was my team of 50 people. After that 6 month mark, none of us were getting any applicants at all. We all reached out to the company and we were told that they cannot help us because that is on the job board to fix the problem, not them.
