This company is misleading

This company is misleading. Our company is paying $300 a month for an ad that is not even visible. It was not explained to us that there would be additional fees to sponsor the ad so it can become visible. Will not by any means let us cancel the service with them, so we are stuck in a one year obligation and have no way of getting job applicants unless we commit to spending more money. It is much easier to go through INDEED direct and not use a third party company.

Affordable platform, but support and onboarding fall far short

JazzHR is one of the more affordable ATS platforms on the market, but our experience during onboarding and implementation has been disappointing.

Support has been slow and inconsistent, with multiple tickets going unanswered or requiring repeated follow up. Communication from some representatives has also been unprofessional at times, which made collaboration unnecessarily difficult during what should have been a straightforward implementation process.

During onboarding, our team was also told that certain capabilities had been misrepresented during the sales process. Being informed after signing the contract that some features were not available as originally described created avoidable friction and delays.

An ATS is a core operational system, and implementation support is critical. Unfortunately, the lack of coordination between sales, onboarding, support, and data teams made the process far more complicated than it should have been.

While the pricing may be attractive, the experience has made it difficult for us to recommend JazzHR. Given the choice again, we would strongly consider other ATS platforms even at a higher cost.

This is a terrible company; I do not recommend it.

I work for a company in HR, and I can say that my experience with this website and its support staff has been absolutely negative.

Regarding the website: the interface and functionality are incredibly inconvenient, outdated, and there are no proper filters or categorization for candidates within a job posting. Due to this negative experience, I had to abandon this tool, which has zero advantages over its competitors.

Regarding communication with JazzHR:
The support department is extremely rude and incompetent, they practically never respond to emails, and you have to wait a long time for a response, up to several days, and there's no guarantee that it will even arrive. When I submitted a request to deactivate the service, they completely ignored it and continued to steal funds from our account until we were forced to block the card. Any emails requesting cancellations were ignored, and support managers engaged in lengthy discussions instead of simply suspending the subscription at our direct and unambiguous request.

Worst service

If you try to reach customer support, it’s nearly impossible. We even decided to pay for a dedicated agent — yet after just one call, we were charged for four months. On top of that, a card surcharge suddenly appeared. No one is answering, not even at the executive level.

These people are unprofessional scam…

These people are unprofessional scam artists! I reached out to them to try the 14 day free trial. The representative didn't respond to me for 14 days! I contacted chat and they ensured me that a male would follow up with me and he didn't. When I asked to speak to a manager, they stopped the chat claiming I was spam. Then they reached out saying they would only offer a 7 day trial when they are advertising 14 days. Because I had a valid complaint, they denied me. HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, JUST ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CARES NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMERS,ONLY ABOUT MONEY!

Do not use this product

I tried to sign up for their advertised 14 day free trail. The sales person who reached out to me convinced me that I would not get a true test of the product and convinced me to try the monthly subscription. He kept attempting to upsell me but I agreed to the lowest product, the Hero.

After going through all the motions of getting my company approved, my jobs were not approved on any of the major job boards through JazzHR, but I am able to post jobs directly to those boards.

Less than 2 days after signing up I asked them to cancel, I started with my sales person and he told me to contact support to help get my jobs posted. I had reached out to their automated support and was told they couldn't help. I asked for a refund since it was less than 48 hours but was told that I had to submit a cancellation in writing, that the contract required a 30 day notice to cancel and that I would not get a refund. I plan to dispute this on my credit card.

Next, when I did submit a cancellation request, I received a message telling me that my "request submitteed" and that a member of the teeam would be in touch soon regarding my "request" to cancel. I have now submitted that several times and no one has reached out. I am still showing in their system as a subscription and I have no way to removing my credit card information from their system to prevent another charge.

I have sent them several emails asking for an update on the request and have not heard anything more from them.

Bottom line, there are way better products out there with better customer service.

Waste of Money For Indeed

They say they syndicate their ads to Indeed, which they do, but the ads often drop off the algorithm after a couple of days which leads to no one applying. If you A/B test posting an ad on Indeed directly and posting the same exact ad on JazzHr to syndicate to Indeed you will see that the direct posted indeed ad does statistically significantly better. Sometimes I'll get 70 applications on Indeed and 7 with the same ad on JazzHR in the same time frame.
They want 30 days notice to cancel your account and you have to contact them in the contact form it's not just a setting you can turn off.

Now let's talk about their cancellation policy. They have hidden the following cancellation policy in their terms and conditions: The Service Term identified in each Order Form will commence on the effective date of the Order Form. A termination request by either party will be given via certified mail or via e-mail to the customer Billing Contact or JazzHR’s customer success team. They want you to give them 30 days notice to cancel your account. My subscription renews on the 1st so I tried to cancel on the 1st but they had already charged me and refused to give me a refund. A 30-day cancellation policy is ridiculous for a SAAS company. I shouldn't have to use a contact form on the website to cancel my account it should be automatic under settings. Then customer service emails you back and tell you you need to reply to their email to confirm you want to cancel the account. Canceling with them took two days, one phone call, and two emails.

Their technology does not syndicate as well as they advertise it does which is the reason I'm closing my account. I am crazy disappointed with customer service at JazzHR and I'm also disappointed in the ad syndication.

Impossible to Update your account

Beware - if you sign up for the resumator, there is no option to end your subscription on online when you are ready to cancel. Instead you must email or call a number THAT NO ONE EVER PICKS UP. I'm now on my third month of charges since trying to cancel and am moving forward to file a dispute with American Express. Making it impossible for folks to end using your service when they no longer need it is nonsense.

Caution using the resumator

Caution: I'm running a +10 employee recruitment company in Sweden. We decided to change The Resumator and everything was great, we thought. The sales manager sold this promise to us, until we saw some big technical errors in the ATS. I cancelled and they promised to get back each week to confirm the cancellation including the chat live support. No one not even CEO contacted us despite sending weekly inmails in linkedin, mail to all their mails. They then closed our account (worse) part for couple of day leaving all of our employee’s handicapped not being able to login and work (recruiters). It was devastating. We were totally handicapped. After a time I got at diffuse mail about that they were sorry for closing down our account, not paying back our fee and above all they withdraw my visa card again. I called my lawyer and we are about to take it to next level.

I wanted to give no stars, but that is not an option.
In other words they have been holding my visa hostage for days now. I can't seem to get them to let me go. What a mistake to ever go to The resumator. The ATS and customer base (4000+ customers as they sa) may look pretty, but don't go there!! The system locks your visa card number and only let go go if you call them, still they don’t answer.

I recommend you not relying on the resumator ATS.
