I got my 1989 Batmobile from them, arrived to USA in great condition and faster than expected. Couldn’t be happier, truly is the most accurate in the market so far. I do appreciate how the company share the details and progress of their products on social media, and how they are willing to listen to customers, so they can improve the product or/and service. It was my first purchase from them, definitely won’t be the last one though (I’ve already pre ordered 2 pack Catwoman on day 1). Thank you to the Jazzinc family, from another happy costumer.

Trash products. Terrible build quality. Literally every 1/6 scale vehicle is $1500 and disguised as a standard preorder but in reality they’re all kickstarters and the effort put into production is directly tied to how many actually fund the kickstarter. Check the difference between their 95 Batman forever Batmobile and the 89 Batmobile. Night and day difference. Both still have major QC issues. Buyer Beware!

Excellent products. Excellent customer service. I have purchased several items from this company. I will continue to do so in the future.

Where to begin. First off, much of if not all of the projects are voted on by people in a closed Facebook group which a majority don’t even end up actually purchasing the product. Next, when the project is actually going up for pre-order instead of seeing a final prototype or something close to you are typically sold on renderings, and therefore the pre-order deposits are used to actually produce the product. You are given updates throughout which seems promising, even at times additional features are voted on by the closed Facebook group. Out 14k+ members the majority don’t even buy the product that is a poor way of deciding major features on a project. Once the items shipped for example my vehicle, it ends up not being exactly as promised. Jazzinc has a tough time taking criticism on its products despite trying to be constructive. Jazzing typically offers a 100% exchange a refund on a project if you are not happy with the final outcome however to me that ultimately doesn’t solve the overall issue and for some reason after multiple vehicles, it seems as though simple issues don’t get fixed. It’s been common practice by other collectors to wait until the very last batch in hopes that all of the issues get worked out versus being in the first or second batch of any project. For the amount of money that people are spending on these products. I do not feel they are ultimately worth its value And are tough to resell any event. The collector has the partways with the vehicle and or product and usually end up losing money on it. Jazzing makes strong attempts to protect its reputation by only showing positive and not the negative or even somewhat constructive criticisms of its products. It’s close Facebook group is extremely toxic and really does not allow for any type of criticism, other than positive About jazz Inc. jazzinc at times still pushed the narrative of being a mom and pop operation but with the licensing of WB and vehicles now being produced in larger factories the QC needs to be better. Be aware before making a purchase. On a final note you will see a ton of comments literally just posted less than a few days ago. The owner of the company took to his private Facebook to express issues with a negative review he received on this platform and asked his groups members to provide positive feedback on here. Go to YouTube and search on Facebook for more honest reviews than what is posted here.

I just got a 2022 Batmobile from Jazzinc. All went Perfect and I already ordered a 1989 Batmobile and a Catwoman figure from them. They keep their customers updated via Facebook and YouTube and listen to the wishes and adivse from their customers. I only can say…THANK YOU, JAZZINC and keep up that great work!

Great customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The order came in quick. I bought a 1989 Batmobile. It was amazing. I felt like it was the best purchase I ever made in my life. The customer service was amazing. The shipping was fast. What else can I say? Joost was amazing jazz Inc. is the best and I appreciate everything they’ve done and I will continue to buy from them.

I am a huge Batman fan and own the 1966 and the 1989 Batmobile’s from Jazz Inc. These are not cheap plastic reproductions, but rather highly detailed custom recreations that are true to details. I can’t even imagine. The entire team is incredibly dedicated to their craft and they are all insanely talented.

I found this company on a blog post and from a handful of pictures alone, no knowledge of their quality or service, I blind bought two vehicles that day. I can honestly say that they are the best company in terms of product quality, concerns over accuracy, fan/customer interaction and especially customer service. In recent years almost every company has abandoned service to reduce costs, moving toward either automation or boiler plate responses. Every time I have reached out to this company I have received a personal, thoughtful response that didn’t just make me feel like I was valued but proved it to me. The transparency of their process, their effort to listen and incorporate customer notes is unparalleled. To suggest this company and the team operating it, Joost in particular, are anything other than the definition of excellence is a crime. I will continue to give my hard earned, freelance artist dollars to them for as long as they continue these practices.

My vehicle was everything I expected. Yes it is expensive, but I already knew this and the quality for mine was great.
For my second item I accidentally ordered the incorrect one and asked if possible to get my NRD back and he sorted it immediately.

I've made three major purchases from Jazzincdioramas in the past few years and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I fully intend to buy from them again. Their products are world class, they share their product development and solicit feedback from their customer base to help improve. Their customer assistance is quick, transparent, and done with integrity. I cannot speak highly enough of Joost and his team. Five stars -- and I'd give 5 Diamonds if I could.

I've purchased the 1/12 scale BVS, JL Batmobile, 1/6 scale 1966 Batmobile, 2022 Batmobile, 1989 Batmobile, and the sitting 1989 Batman figure (not released yet). No ONE delivers the quality, payment plans, updates, and bonus additions to products that Jazzinc has done.
