Jazzinc has truly been a blessing in the collectibles community. I’m proud to own several of their masterpieces, and what sets them apart is their incredible attention to detail — it’s clear that every piece is made with passion and care. Whenever an issue has come up, Joost and his family have always been there for me with personal attention and thoughtful, satisfying solutions. I deeply appreciate how they carry the weight of the crown in this community — it’s not easy dealing with us passionate collectors, but they do it with grace, heart, and dedication.

I love what this family company do for us collectors. They make incredible collectibles and have a great after sales service so you're in good hands. Opening one of their creations is a treat and it's always worth the wait. I've purchased 7 of their Batman 1/6 scale vehicles, their one and only (so far) 1/12 scale Batman vehicle, their BVS Batsignal and also their Iron Scavenger figure which catches everyone's eye when people look at my collection. Looking forward to what's coming down the line from Jazzinc Dioramas.

Although I only own a couple of pieces by JazzInc, I have found them an excellent place to buy from all around! From product, to customer service, to honestly caring and listening to collectors letting them know what we want. The main guy Joost, is very, very personable, and actually listens to collectors. He's a collector himself, and understands what we want as a community. I personally have not had an issue with anything I've gotten from them, but those I know who have had issues with shipping damage or anything else have always gotten quick and responsive resolve from JazzInc. Would not hesitate to buy from them again, and can not wait for their '66 Batman figures to come out!

I have ordered 2 products from JazzInc Dioramas so far: the 1/6 scale Bat Signal which I received on 10/14/22, and the 1/6 scale 1966 Batmobile which I received on 12/12/22. Both items were exactly as promised with no problems with the actual products, and I am still quite happy with them. I received polite responses and concrete answers when I had questions about my orders.

JazzInc Dioramas keeps in constant contact with its customers with email and the Facebook group which anybody can join by asking permission. The company periodically posts polls in the Facebook group asking what the customers would like to see next. They also offer high visibility throughout the entire process, with pictures of everything from concept diagrams and reference detail, to prototype creation and factory mold making and part formation, to paint tests and product assembly and constant updates for release schedules. If something about a product changes, customers are notified immediately. No part of the process is hidden to any customer who belongs to the group, and if for some reason one doesn't want to be in the group, the JazzInc Dioramas website always has the latest information. JazzInc also has many reviews of their products on Youtube.

While I have not made a new purchase in some time, I am still a member of the group and check it nearly every day. It seems like every single day in the Facebook group, some happy customer is praising JazzInc Dioramas. It actually gets a bit overwhelming sifting through the positive responses from satisfied purchasers. 1/6 scale figure, vehicle, and diorama collectors should definitely check into JazzInc's products and shop with full confidence.

Jazzinc is all about the fans! Attention to detail is amazing, and Joost updates everyone to make sure that the products are the best that they possibly can be.

I bought the 89 and 22 Batmobiles and the BatSignal . They are beautiful and I have no issues with them. I’m really looking forward to the 1968 Batmobile. I love the products and they look great on display!

Jazzincdioramas is a one of a kind company. Their products are absolute amazing. Highly detailed and quality is top notch. Joost (owner) is very transparent on his products and always sends us progress updates and also asks the community for their input. Then we'll have a vote. I don't know any other company that does this. Also the customer service is impressive too. They also offer payment plans which is very convenient. Especially for the middle class folks like me lol. These are high-end products so their not cheap. I have quite a few products from Jazzincdioramas ( 7 and counting ) and I've followed his company since almost the beginning and I will continue to follow this company in the future. Purchased 1989 Batmobile. I was a day 1 pre-order. Communication was clear and consistent. Joining the Facebook group allowed me to stay updated on any changes being made to the Batmobile. I also had a chance to vote on changes or add my input. Some changes were made by the overall majority of the input from the group. Overall I received my Batmobile on the first batch shipment and it was well packed, well built and as described by the constant updates on Facebook.

Purchased 1995 batman forever batmobile. Came in great and in perfect condition. Shipping was pretty fast. They offer payment plans and were great as far as replying to my emails and any questions I've had. Highly would recommend jazzinc Dioramas for collectors. They're very good about posting on social media about their products and asking the community for feedback

I've bought 2 vehicles and a bat signal from Jazzinc, so I'm writing this review from a customer's point of view and someone who actually owns 3 of their items.

So far I've not had any problems, and I've been exceptionally happy with the 1/6 scale 1989 and 2022 Batmobiles, and I'm very happy with the Bat-Signal too. They're simply stunning and the best representation you will own, hands down.

By the way, their customer service is absolutely brilliant and 1st class.

I had just one very small issue with the left side shin breaker cover of my 1989 Batmobile. It took just one or 2 emails, and Joost got right on it and sent me not only 1 but 2 new shin breaker covers. They arrived in a few days. Apart from this, there have been no more issues whatsoever.

Not only would I buy again from Jazzinc, but I've got the BVS Batmobile, the 1989 Batwing, 2 animated series Batmobiles, 2 BVS Bat Caves, 2 seated Keaton Batman figures, a Catwoman figure, Reys speeder, my 2nd 2022 Batmobile and my 2nd 1989 Batmobile all on pre-order.

My confidence in Joost and the Jazzinc team is very high based on my experience with them. And coming from me, that's saying a lot because I'm a picky SOB. 😝

Joost and his family/employees at Jazzinc are A+++ I purchased the 2022 Batmobile from them, and the communication, patience, and friendliness shone through with every interaction. Once the vehicle arrived, it was packed extremely well, shipped quickly all the way from the Netherlands to the USA. The Batmobile is a thing of art over 135+ individual pieces carefully put together, lights, sounds, and even smoke machine using water vapor. While the service and the quality of their product is outstanding, what really brings Jazzinc to the next level is that Joost himself is a collector, with attention to detail, open communication with the group on Facebook as he launches and goes through the design and production of the products, and tries his best to garner as much feedback as possible, and makes good decisions based on the majority of the feedback.
