They strive for nothing less than perfection in quality and service.

One of the best companies to collect 1/6 scale vehicles and dioramas from. Attention to detail down to the very smallest of details and customer service that is unparalleled in this day and age. I purchased a Batmobile and maybe two years after it was delivered, still offered help when I cracked the windshield like a moron. No other company comes close. You have a customer in me for life!

Jazzinc Dioramas and Joost Assink provide the best service to their customers out of any company that I’ve even seen in my over 50 years of collecting. No one else gives all the details of their whole entire prototype process and asks for suggestions on if any things can be changed to make it better.. NO ONE DOES THIS BUT HIM!
I have ordered numerous items from JazzInc and all have arrived AS DESCRIBED in all his posts and videos on YouTube! Majority of the time, he adds or improves additional parts without asking more money from his customers. NO OTHER COMPANY DOES THIS!!
The Bernie Smith review needs to be deleted because he is trying to discredit JazzInc and no one knows why he is doing that!!

I ordered a TruScale Tantive IV diorama from Joost and his crew back in 2021 and it's still one of the absolute highlights of my entire collection. While I do understand the reasons why, I think it's still a bit of a shame that JazzInc no longer offers Star Wars dioramas.

Jazz Inc are an amazing company with even better customer service. I have two items from them the 1:6 1989 batmobile and the 1:12 Justice mobile. Both of these are amazing I just wish I could have got the 1:6 justice mobile the attention to detail is that good. I will be shopping with Jazz Inc again when I find some more space or if they make KITT from knightrider sorry a dream of mine having a 1:6 of that. I can’t recommend more!

An amazing company with 10 out of 10 communication and totally transparent with costs, their products are mind blowing I can not recommend this company higher.

I guarantee you won't find a company with better customer service, nor one that is more transparent than Jazzinc. Joost & Co are a class act. The products are top notch in every aspect and the community is kept up to date through every step of the process, and also has a LOT of input through the process. I have purchased the 1:6 '66 Batmobile (and Jazzinc is the ONLY producer and was able to get WB/DC Licensing - a feat no one else had been able to do), the 1:6 '89 Batmobile (a work of art) the Bat Signal, and the upcoming '66 Bat Cycle. In the unlikely event there is an issue, Joost takes care of it FAST. I'm not sure who the person is who gave a 1-star review - but they have zero idea of what they are talking about. Anyone who has actually purchased from Jazzinc will tell you the same thing. I highly doubt they have purchased anything - probably either jealous, and/or they can't afford the pieces. They aren't inexpensive, however, they ARE the most accurate collectibles out there. I've not seen anyone who actually bought, express ANY of those views. Joost & Jazzinc are top notch all the way!

I bought the 95 Batmobile. It’s a must have if you can get your hands on one. High quality craftsmanship, detail and the lighting is amazing in and out side this masterpiece. Shipping was fast and the packaging was superb.Also the communication with Jazzinc. is amazing and if you have any issues you will be taking care of as a valued customer. Thanks Jazzinc.

Exceptional customer service and high quality, licensed products.

Having ordered many products over the years from JazzInc I have never been disappointed in their quality and attention to detail. The vast majority of which are officially licensed high end collectable products.
Whilst they are priced to a premium end of the market, they really do contribute towards setting your collection apart.
Their customer service has always been highly responsive, and more than fair in any design that I have had.

Best Company going, not only for quality, accurate pieces but for amazing customer support and community input. You just do not get a better company than Jazzinc. They strive for the best, won awards. And I have such faith in them I’m on my 2nd order and spent quite a lot of money with them. If you have problems they reapond extremely quickly and go above and beyond to sort any issues and update on changes if any during production, they add bonus accesories or finishes etc if projects exceed numbers. Any bad experiences had here are probably due to the customer not the company or service. If you’re after cheap, basic quality go Mcf***** lol

I got to know Joost and Jazzinc last year trough Facebook and Youtube. I bought the 1989 Batwing, 1989 Batmobile and 1995 Batmobile in the meantime. These items are THE BEST OF THE BEST.

Excellent company specialising in products that no one else is doing, very high end collectables and they earn there reputation of one of the the best diorama/ figure creators in the game, be it 1/6 scale or 1/12 these guys know what they are doing and you will not be disappointed in there products

I have done thousands of dollars of business with Jazzincdioramas and they are 5 Star+ people. Everything they do is top notch from start to finish, from development to finished product and service after the sale. I can't say enough good about Joost and his team!

I bought the JazzInc Dioramas 1966 Batmobile and I'm very happy with the quality. It's a 100% accurate body. What's great about JazzInc is the owner Joost promptly answer fans questions and suggestions and he will implement them if he thinks it's a good idea to make a better product. No other 1/6 vehicle and action figure company answers fans like this. I look forward to their 1/6 Julie Newmar Catwoman, Lynda Carter Wonder Woman, hope they add the Irish McCalla Sheena and the other 1966 Batman vehicles. And their prices are reasonable.

Jazzinc communication, updates, and customer service levels are outstanding. Product is on point and in line with expectations.
