Recently, I became a first-time customer of Jazzinc, and they are an amazing company. I purchased their 1989 Batmobile and it is an amazing 1/6 scale replica of the original 89 Batmobile and I’m in love with it.

They are always 100% transparent about the process of building their products and they incorporate feedback from their fans.

Their customer service is amazing. If you have any issues, and I had one small piece, a grappling hook missing from my Batmobile and Jazzinc. sent me two in replacement right away.

If you’re curious about them, they have a fantastic YouTube channel and website, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Happen to come across this family run company through a YouTube video promoting their 1989 Batmobile when I was checking out one from Hot Toys. The level of communication and desire for input at various stages during the creation was like nothing I have ever seen. The transparency during the manufacturing of problems and even adding additional perks if the levels of orders make it possible was unlike anything I have ever encountered. The multiple times that I have interacted with JazzInc really spotlighted their strengths at customer service.

As a longtime collector of high-end memorabilia, I can say without hesitation that this company sets the gold standard in the industry. I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing several pieces from them, and each one has exceeded expectations in craftsmanship, accuracy, and sheer wow-factor.

The 1966 1/6 Batmobile is the crown jewel of my Batman collection. More than just a model, it's a museum-quality piece of art. The meticulous attention to detail, from the stitching on the seats to the gleam of the chrome, is astonishing. It’s a true tribute to the iconic vehicle and captures the spirit of the original in every way.

I also own the 1/6 Batsignal, and it’s just as impressive. The illumination is powerful and atmospheric—exactly what you’d expect to shine over Gotham. It’s a show-stopper. Currently, I have the 1966 1/6 Batcycle on order, and if their previous work is anything to go by, I know it’ll be another masterpiece.

Good company very customer oriented. In my opinion, Jazzinc is one of the few 1/6 scale companies that has such open communication with customers. They listened carefully to customer feedback. And are always open to suggestions. They even let customers think about what their next project will be.

Premium quality and awesome service. I've bought the Snowspeeder and Landspeeder, which were brought to life with a whole lot of love by Joost and his team. This company is a small dedicated team with a giant reputation attention to detail is off the charts, super limited edition cars in 1/6 scale, even making the exact tread pattern on the 1966 Batmobile. Star Wars dioramas,& now 1/6 figures 1989 Catwomen( (with 3 variants) & Penguin,more will follow,Marvel,Dc & Warner,Disney all taking note I rate them an easy 5 STARS

I have been a long time customer to Jazzinc. They are the very best in what they do. I have bought multiple products from them and each time their service was impeccable. I had bought 1966, JL, 1995 Etc Batmobiles just to name a few. Joost has always been extremely supportive and always go above and beyond to support his customers. Jazzinc is very unique as they are the only transparent company I have come across.

I have the 1995 and the 1989 and got other versions from other companies but the Jazzinc versions are the best by far.

I have 5 batmobiles from jazzinc and the bat computer on order, from the item I have in hand the quality is great. The attention to detail is meticulously crafted by the team for the best displays possible. Plenty of nice little touches like the smoke machine and sound effects to on the 89.

Delivery has always been great, even fully replaced a display base that was damaged on delivery.

The development bonus of each product is also a great example of the highend product delivery to us as collectors/ customers. I’m sure from pre order to product landing each item has had design updates to improve or add to the end product.

Very excited to see what they do next (fingers crossed for an Arkham batmobile or maybe a Arkham batsuit display/armoury 😅🤙🏼).

Unlike one other reviewer, I am a real person, and an actual customer. I've purchased multiple items (I think eight so far with four on pre-order, total value well over $10k over the past four or five years). Their communication, service and quality of products are excellent. They do ludicrous amounts of research and their engagement with the community is legendary.

The 1966 Batmobile is truly a masterpiece. I accidentally broke the steering wheel, but JazzInc came through and sent me a replacement part at no cost—just had to cover the shipping. Their payment plans are super convenient, especially if you’d rather not pay everything upfront or use a credit card. Highly recommend them!

First of all, the product itself is magnificent - the '89 Batmobile in 1/6 scale is an absolute beast, gorgeously realised and constructed. As to the company, Joost and his team are superb - my order was shipped on time, arrived safely, and a minor issue with a power adaptor was immediately resolved, no fuss, no bother. If only all companies showed the same level of after-sales care!

I was introduced to JazzInc Dioramas back in 2022 by some toy reviewer on YouTube. I was hooked on to them immediately. Back then Joost and the family were a small unit trying to build some unique and well requested products. Joost built something amazing for the collector community. I've had the pleasure to order and pre-order a bunch if their products and I'm one happy, satisfied customer with a very light wallet now.

Joost and team went from a small family run affair to a formidable company serving collectors worldwide. I still remember how they worked through issues and finally obtained the DC license from WB.

I have ordered 5 of jazzincs batmobiles and everyone is a work of art Joost and his team (family) are in it for the collector's he keeps you updated on every process of the build as his orders get bigger he upgrades the design of the batmobiles adding in extras for free which he doesn't have to do but he does to make it the best it can be he also does it as a thank you to collector's who support the build from the start yes it takes a while to build and plan before it's released thats because it's a custom build small business not like the other big companies. If you have issues jazzinc customer service is always very helpful and will replace items missing or damaged. I will keep ordering from especially now they are venturing into the figure market.

Great service have bought multiple products, was disappointed that the one of the projects I backed got cancelled but thry handled it promptly and I got my refund asap. Look forward to their future products
