I ordered the UPS cookie cutter set for a retirement party. I had a little defect in one of the letters & the customer service team was quick to send me a replacement! They were a big hit! I also made some for the UPS store near us. Next I will be making more to give to the delivery drivers. No, I don't work for UPS.

JB Cookie Cutters never disappoints! From having every design I could ever think of and need to always providing amazing customer service! Although things my first review I’ve interacted with them on many occasions for various topics- always helpful, prompt and willing to go the extra mile help! Ther products are well priced, high quality and precise!

*UPDATE* I was worked with on a plan to help my situation.

I put in an order in like I've done in the past and gave myself ample time to receive it (i typically receive their orders within a week never longer). Well, I needed the order to fulfill an order of my own coming up so I reached out just to see if they knew where my order was so i could plan around it... they told me it had shipped-but the tracking i originally received only said shipping label created... they emailed me back saying it shipped and per their policy and information it can take 4-6 days not including weekends (which is fine and totally understandable) but it had been 5 business (7 total days) since i had ordered and the tracking update they sent miraculously showed that the package had arrived at the USPS facility (same day i emailed inquiring). So I called them out saying they did not ship it when they said they did and they came back saying they can't control the mail service....i just wanted them to own their mistake and help me figure out a solution as I really needed the items for a cake order of mine. Poor costumer service (to Corina specifically). Do better JB Cookie Cutters. I also still do not have my order and I placed it on Feb 27th.

Fast shipping and the cutter was in perfect condition due to the packaging quality.

I ordered three different Paw Patrol cookie cutters for the characters: Skye, Chase, and Marshall. They worked fantastic and I used them on fondant for cupcake decorations. It was a last minute order and I paid for priority shipping which worked out great and was very timely delivered. My new favorite site for making designs on cakes and cupcakes with popular characters. I highly recommend trying out their products!

Purchased the Nirvana Angel cake topper, bday girl’s request. I called on Tues morning to see if there was anyway to expedite as I needed it by Friday. I was offered an option to provide my own shipping label. Was able to get 2 Day Air and my order was shipped out same day! Received it a day early!!! I cannot thank you enough for assisting in making this happen. Bday girl is so happy and the Cake topper is beautiful. Picture doesn’t do it justice.
