Avoid. Car damaged and JBF refuse to take responsiblity
Car damaged on several panels, suspiciously muddy tyres. Looked like it had been driven through a hedge. JBF took a video at drop-off, and driver took a video again on collection after highlighting potential damage and promising owner would deal effectively with genuine damage.
For three weeks I've mailed and called JBF multiple times to discuss some form of making good. They've gone from "we're busy, we'll get back to you..." to totally ignoring my requests.
Avoid this company at all costs. Ignore the rubbish about 'family-run company', it's meaningless when not backed-up by actual service.
I'll in future use only reputable parking agents where there is some assurance of reasonable service.

Terrible experience
I was informed to call the company 20-30 mins prior to meet when I got there they informed me they informed me it’s going to be a further 20 mins
On my return i had the same issue but this time I was waiting for an hour for my car to be dropped back to me
