The company contacted us as soon as they had our item and kept us updated on delivery times, the item was delivered earlier than we expected which was great, called 10mins before arrival to allow us to be ready for collection, can’t fault anything, excellent service throughout.

I found this company very frustrating to deal with. The delivery guys themselves were great but communication with the office was shocking.

I called 5 times over several days before someone answered the phone. All my emails went unanswered.
I was given notice regarding delivery the day before, with no idea of times or tracking whatsoever.

It felt like dealing with a delivery company 20 years ago. I will not be using again.

Possibly the worst delivery company I have experienced.
They don’t answer email or the phone, instead they persistently call telling you that a slot is booked for the following day - whether or not you are available for this.
It has taken nearly a month for my furniture to be delivered, and I only managed to sort this as I called the manufacturer to get them to intervene.
This was also after sitting at home for a confirmed appointment that was a no show from the delivery drivers, and a frustrating day trying to track them down.
The men who finally turned up on another day didn’t call or message before hand (I was told they would do this) and as a result couldn’t find their way into the building (new development) finally delivering a package with a battered box and smelling damp I expect it had been sat in their van for the duration of the time that I had been trying to arrange delivery.
If you have the choice, ask the furniture manufacturer to use another company as these are awful.

The company were very flexible re. a delivery date as no one was in for the first 2 dates given. Product delivered on time and I received a call when they were 15 minutes away. All in all; an excellent service

The company kept me updated once they had collected my item from the supplier. After giving me my time slot the day before, I received a text 30 mins before delivery (very handy as it was before 7.30am and gave me time to get out of bed!). The delivery driver was very polite and helpful. He unpacked my delivery (a mirror) to check all was ok and helped me move it. All done very quickly.

We received 2 bases and no table top

They come and collected the extra base the following day and have said it can take up to 14 days to receive the table top!!

We are now left without a table for Christmas

Terrible company. Short text notice of delivery the next morning. Waited in for 5 hours on the expected day and no delivery. I couldn’t accept a delivery the following day as I was away, so was then put back into a 5 day turnaround wait to hear back when the next delivery date will be. 15 days after ordering an item from Debenhams I still have no idea when I will receive my goods. Will never use Debenhams or this company for delivery again.

Plenty of communication beforehand and then the very nice polite delivery driver arrived on time. Happy days.

I requested 24 hrs notice for my delivery which they accommodated and provided a 3 hr window. Received a call on day, 1 hr from delivery. Really nice delivery man who offered to open up parcel ( which I declined) to check contents.
Very respectful gentleman. Would recommend.

Fantastic service, called to arrange delivery date with me, provided a 3hr slot for the day and then called 40mins before arrival.

Email states you get a call or email with delivery information.nothing came got a call saying they were outside (Sunday night at 7:30 pm ).wasn’t in did not know they were coming.i called Monday to be told your item with be delivered tomorrow, then at 4pm on Tuesday I got a call to say no your item with be delivered Wednesday.communication could be better

Great communication advising when they would arrive and then calling 45 mins prior to arriving. Brought all packaging into the home, making sure everything was there.

Great communication was updated on a ETA earlier in the day, which was as accurate. I did feel for the delivery driver though because he was alone and I was advised it was a 2 man delivery. He did a grand job though and brought the boxes inside for us. Great service.

Excellent Service
Regular updates on progress prior to delivery, including 30min alert on the day. Very curtious JBS personnel, who also inspected the order in front of me before requesting a delivery signature. Overall I was very impressed

Great delivery. Friendly and helpful. Diligent to check product wasn’t damaged on arrival before leaving.
